after rfe uscis sent me: Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed do i have to be scare?
A NOID would make me annoyed, because it's more negative!
RFIE for I130A. Do I need to submit form I130 + evidences again too?

You only need to submit the evidence that is requested in the RFE. The RFE must be read carefully and instructions followed.
Hello Sir, if I received a NOID from uscis about the doubt on my divorce certificate should I answer to what they ask me for or I should send them the whole documents again.?

One should follow the instructions of the RFE. I’ve never seen one that doesn’t allow a submission of the requested info a month ahead of the deadline. Good luck!
