That's an upgrade on the Kibbutz volunteer experience I had in 1979, but the idea and function hasn't changed at all.

It would great if you could share the sources for the agricultural and industrial output mentioned at the end. I'm currently promoting the concept in a document aimed at shifting to a moneyless society btw so that would be very helpful. Thanks in advance 😀

I think voluntary socialism might be good, as you are not forced to share your wealth and resources, and you can selectively add members, so you don't invite anyone who will be likely to just live off of others working in the collective.

No catch but if you know you could be making a lot of cash on your own Why give it up? But on the other hand look how these people live! All taken care of no sweat. They still pay you some spending money which is like minimum wage. Good luck getting accepted to their community though.. The membership committee is picky.
