I m from Myanmar , and Buddhist too , Live is so hard in here 😢 Take meditation every night about 2 hour in curfew time can make my mind stable .

Learning Dhamma without practicing Dhamma is useless. Practicing Dhamma without learning Dhamma is not wise. But those who learn Dhamma and practice Dhamma, they will be happy and peaceful. Their mind, deeds, and speech will be positive, not have hatred, anger, and etc. This is the purpose of having religion. Religion must lead his follower spread love and compassion.
