Cellulite is not an indication of health or even body fat percentage! The reason why women will always have it is simple: right under our skin is a crisscrossing web of fibrous connective tissue and because females tend to have softer and thinner skin than males you can see the underlying structure. There is no "cure" because it's completely normal. Things like dry brushing, massage and topical treatments can help reduce the visibility because they increase circulation to the area and "plump" the skin so it doesn't sink as much into the grooves. For my job I see naked bodies every day and even the fittest and skinniest of my clients have visible cellulite. Hope this helps anyone who's discouraged be a little bit more kind to themselves.

Damn I needed this today. Thank you so much. It gets so discouraging sometimes when you’re working out and working out and feel like you’re not getting closer to the “perfect” you’re chasing. And it feels like somehow other people got there. My cellulite is one of my biggest insecurities and it’s nice to have it normalized. Thank you.
The human body isn't meant to look like a Greek statue. It stretches, moves and sags. People are way too hard on themselves. Developing Fibromyalgia really put things in perspective for me. I care now more about my health than I do what I look like. I am welcoming the gray hairs and wrinkles and thank God for every moment of life He gives me.

Are you seriously looking for a " reality " perfection online? Of course there would be no such thing, what kind of an idiot would try to present their idea of what a bodily aesthetical pefection is online, as "online's " main idea is to operate beyond the level of reality in the first place. It's only those basic apes that operate in " monkey see - monkey want - monkey do " manner that get deceived by such agenda, and those who do not doubt things they see on TV / internet.

This is pretty much the tiniest amount of body fat a woman can have without being ill, which makes it even wilder that this video is a radical thing to see on social media. You can be thin as a rail and still feel pressure to sensor your body just because your skin has enough stretch to allow for movement.
@Whotfisskyler

That isn't belly fat that's bad posture. Sit with a straight posture and you wouldn't have it. Posture is a huge indication of how your stomach will be. You will still have fat while having a flat stomach. But the fat will not be bulging out.

Agreed. Men are the reason why women are insecure about cellulite. What they dont understand is that the fibrous tissue fascia in the male body has horizontal bands, while female bodies have criss crossed bands of connective tissue, leading to cellulite. That is why men don't have cellulite.

You’ve kept it real from day one!! Love you
No wonder why I never recognized an influencer in public. Also, I should step out into public...
I started working out to your 30 minute full body work out video and lost 3 lbs in 3 weeks. I've been doing 25 minutes of the work out because I'm too heavy to complete all of the exercises. I like the timed exercises for starting out because it does not pressure me into hitting numerical goal that I may not be able to obtain, I can go at my own pace and improve on the form. I've been doing this 3 times a week. Every time I get better and better with my form for the exercises I do do. It gets easier every time. I went from doing all half push-ups to some knee full push-ups mixed in with the half push ups to push myself. In just 3 weeks I already see a difference in my upper body strength, my core strength and my leg strength. I feel a bounce in my step now. I am glad you posted this reality because I feel if I hadn't seen this I would have been discouraged from continuing working out seeing something natural like this on myself. Thank you for helping start my journey for a healthier life.
See this is why I follow you, seeing the stomach rolls made me so happy because no matter how hard I work out, I still have them. My stomach is getting flat and toned but it’s a work in progress.

when you think of all the times you were shamed for having folds..... christ. My mom shamed me for having them when i was a kid. When I was a teenager i had extra weight ( what is still far from modern bodypositivism), no wonder why, since I was constantly shamed. Once i got out of that toxic environment and started to heal, it began to go down
