Well, Gege said if Yuji tried eating anything else, then Sukuna would destroy it. However, Mahito is one of the few people Sukuna was kinda like "hmmm, I shared a laugh with you, so I'll grant you a warning". And they do have a similar mindset, so he might let him chill, hard to tell.

I really like how this mirrors the way sukuna ate his twin. Big fan of the JJK coverage, would be sick to see more of em in the future!

Spoiler for manga and why the good story would make sense The good story makes the most sense or the neutral one bc we know that if they aren’t a strong presence like Sakuna they do not effect yujis mind or consciousness from what we seen none of his brothers get mentioned or are shown talking to him or effecting his mindset once he eats and absorbs them and he keeps all their techniques without any drawbacks besides yuji’s skill/experience not being the highest considering he’s never had a ct before another limit is the most techniques that can be stored in the black box is two unless you’re a person like kenjaku or yuta who have techniques that allow for you to have more then two

Pls read till the end, cuz I *REALLY* want this question answered🙏🙏🙏 From my understanding, Yuji has like *The* strongest soul in the series Given the fact that he can supress sukuna and beat mahito at only around 10% of his souls full power (I don't really get the latter either, but not really important) The important part here is that as confirmed by Gege in an interview, if any soul other than Sukuna were to be consumed by Yuji, they would just straight up just be assimilated and disappear, leaving only their CE to Yuji. (Tho he seems to have retconnned this cuz Yuji ended up gaining Blood Manipulation via this method🤷‍♂️) The only exception to this was Sukuna. And not only in the sense that Sukuna is the only one who won't die when absorbed by Yuji, but also because he has been the one restricting Yuji's potential until he switched vessels. From what I remember from Gege's interview (maybe it was even written in the series' data book, I don't remember well so go check if y'all want) the only reason why Yuji wouldn't get any buffs or CT from things he absorbs was Because Sukuna's presence would destroy the object before Yuji could have the chance to assimilate it, so by that logic, one can say that Sukuna has free reigns over the consumed object before Yuji does, and given it's versatility and the opportunity presented... The question becomes: What's stopping Sukuna from Consuming Mahito for himself from within Yuji and Taking Idle transfiguration?

@@sassyNsarcastic My response to your question mostly just boils down to Sukuna not having any major interest in Mahito or Idle Transfig, for example he doesn't really seem that intrigued by it when he first sees it at Junpei's school as opposed to how excited he was by the 10 Shadows, and beyond that if we are recognizing the supressing Sukuna thing you could easily just say "Yuji's soul/willpower" as was the case most instances of the series before the body swap or their deal As for the "Because canon happened" response you got I think JJK is much more power scale/debate heavy in terms of content so a lot of people coming over from that kinda stuff seem to either not really understand the premise of a hypothetical or they just wanna argue lol

@@PlusUltraMan Fair fair Tho even without the interest on idle transfiguration, Sukuna seems to have an innate hate towards Yuji Because as we see post Vessel Switch, the guy could've just killed him then and there when Uraume arrived, but pretty much spared him because watching him suffer gave him pressure. Besides, I find it hard to believe he'd have absolutely zero interest on a technique he could use to potentially make his Cage and actual Vessel for him if the opportunity presented itself But hey that's just me and the impression I got on the character🤷‍♂️ I mean...we're talking about the guy who was confirmed to continously whisper insults, threats, and murderous thoughts a Yuji to the point where any normal person wouldn't be able to even fall aleesp💀

Partially because its a little self contradictory in one spot and I also just kinda disagree with your intepretation of the short fight during the vessel swap. Sukuna does just have an innate hate towards Yuji but its more so born from him being in his eyes "boring" as well as just a complete moral polar opposite, so at most points he's much more disinterested in him past his own machinations to fuck Yuji over. To that extent I don't think I'd say he let Yuji live out of a desire to continue being amused by his torment since he'd already gotten his fill of that hence the whole act of getting out of him and trying to kill him. Also Maki and Yuji were cooking him a bit too much before Uraume got there I didn't get the impression he had much choice on what happened afterwards cause it just made more sense to fuck off for a bit and get adjusted to the new vessel while begining the next stwp of the plot and drowning Megumi's soul, thats also why it seems like he almost rediscovered the fact that Maki is strong and interesting to fight between that first scrap and their later one, plus when he got time to adjust he was strong enough to take out Megumi's sister while she's the vessel of another past sorcerer who was decently impressive by mid culling game standards (at least I think I'm sure we'll be arguing over how certain fights there get adapted soon so lots of my takes on characters introduced there are subject to change) As for Sukuna's interest in IT, I'm still tottally confident in my assertions on his lack of any since its fairly self evident by any being shown in canon just as to be precise techniqes Sukuna shows interest in and techniques Sukuna respects and wants for himself are 2 seperate lists with the former latter being even more exclusive than the former since its really just 10 Shadows and Adaptation for the most part. Also he directly viewed every battle Yuji had with Mahito and even interacted with his soul at one point so I feel like if there was real interest in it then is when it would have been shown. Sure it could change his vessel around but technically Sukuna can already do that on account of all the extra eyes and mouths he can grow even in someone like Yuji who's naturally resistant so to that extent it doesn't offer him much, the abilitt to transfigure others would probably be more appealing and even then I can imagine it only being marginally. "I can already dismantle and disfigure anyone anyway I want" kinda thing.

Not a fan of JJK but I am in mourning over Tomura so seeing Mahito getting consumed so Yuji can actually have visually interesting powers is a good consolation.

ideas what if geto awakened with gojo ,what if yuji had his own ct ,what if yuji had ten shadows or was in megumis spot or they switched spots

The problem would come if he turned Rika into a treat he could absorb when she grabbed him out of nowhere. Both Sukuna and Yuji would have the bottomless CE and storage of copied CTs. So when Sukuna faces Mahoraga, he would most likely absorb him, and the wheel gains his adaption, and physical perks. There's also the chance Sukuna could adapt toward Yuji’s control over the body, with Yuji also adapting to Sukuna’s control, but I do not see Yuji winning that. So Gojo may never get unsealed, and Sukuna might even eat the prison realm reducing it to pure CE, I have no idea if that would absorb Gojo, and the six eyes, but it seems like it would, Yuji’s absorption seems to work like Rimuru from that time I got reincarnated as a slime. (just not as broken)

Yo i want to say if you could make a other what if yuji could use sukuna powers. I saw this what if writen down on another jjk what if comment So how it goes is when yuji is dead he makes a different pact with sukuna so every finger yuji eats he gets portion of sukuna power or access to one of sukuna techniuqe if he could handle it but exchange 1.He will get revived 2.Whenever he says extend he controls yuji body 3. If yuji dies again sukuna will fully take control of his body. I think it wil be very intresting. I may have gotten some details wrong but i think you get the gist of it.

What is sonic x dragon ball would be really cool to see you make in your style, there’s the obvious super sonic and ssj goku, but there’s so many other things I could see happening, having the wear-hog form kinda like ozaru would be interesting and could even make characters like yamcha go further in power seeing how his whole this is based on wolfs and he can’t have his flow stolen, and seeing other characters train and learn ki techniques with the z fighter’s, as well as possibly seeing a couple gags with oolong and puar, Idk love the jjk what if you’re doing great!

Probably not, likely not due to a lacl of skill or ability but more so because he may just have no interst in it. Its not like he found IT that cool a technique when Mahito was using it at Junpei's school the same way he got intrgued by 10 Shadows at Yuji's, and its not like he took Divergent Fist with him either, so more than likely not.

@@icbtv8207 Idk if this misunderstanding is born from a lack of reading or listening comprehension but you're blatantly wrong on both points. Yes Yuji HAS straight up eaten another person/cursed spirit before, and I litterally say within the opening explanation of the video my interest in the scenario is purely hypothetical not my headcanon of what could have/should have happened. Most obvious example is Yuji eating Sukuna's fingers which are classed as seperate cursed spirits that make up the whole of Ryomen Sukuna who was once human mind you. Yuji also ate the death paintings which were litteral cursed spirit human hybrids made by Kenjaku. Beyond all this the paradoxically positive and negative nature in the act of eating is a pretty majorly reoccuring theme throughout JJK, even Sukuna ate his own twin in the womb, so it wrapping around to continue being used isn't all that shocking if you pay attention to more than just dudes punching eachother. Speaking of to the point of gaining idle transfig, Kenjaku litterally eats Mahito and he gets it and he litterally made Yuji too who can already do stuff like gain the abilities from some of his other creations so its not at all outside the realm of possibility, and even if it is thats legit why the video is titled what if.
