Thrawn may be a gentleman, but I still feel that he will maintain an air of professionalism and keep his distance as a military officer. Spock, as a Vulcan, would naturally be a little socially handicapped, but that is mostly up to his gap in understanding, not choice.

I think i'd like to see more "Tea with an Interesting Stranger" conversations. For example, perhaps Iroh and Batman could discuss why people leave issues unresolved. Or speak with Goku about why the loss of someone we never met can affect us so heavily.

Spock is outwardly cold but inwardly passionate. Thrawn is cold to the bone. Uncle Iroh is warm inside and out.

I wonder how a conversation on the matters of Honor and Discipline would go down with Iroh and Bra'tac from SG1...or a conversation of warrior spirit between Teal'c and A Mandalorian like Paz Viszla or Din Djarin would go.

I Wonder what a conversation between them and either Lord Raiden (Mortal Kombat) or the Second Sub-Zero (Kuai Liang) would look like although with a Sub-Zero one Thrawn might be used to the cold climate of where the Lin Kuei Temple is (Somewhere in the Chinese Mountains) given Thrawn's Homeworld but Spock wouldn't be.
