What people fail to realize is that Steph had pretty serious feet and ankle injuries at the time and may not have passed a physical. In addition, the Warriors trainers retrained Steph how to run to alleviate stress on his feet and ankles. Steph is on record as saying he wouldn't even be in the league if it wasn't for the Warriors training staff.

SROS when you do untapped potential the grade doesn’t really matter except for aesthetics. It is just a representation of their true value which is a number like any other rating. If you hit triangle on the untapped potential page it will give you the detailed stats which tells you exactly what their potential is. For example when you gave it to Giannis he was already an A+ but that covers a range of numerical values (not sure what it is exactly but probably around 90-99)

and going from 96-99 is huge as for every potential rating they can increase 1 overall. so it's def worth it to always use untapped

if you really wanna start building great teams pay more attention to field goal percentages and tendencies. Sometimes an 80 with great tendency ratings can help your team so much more than an 85 with awful tendency ratings
