I believe the emperor knew Yoda lived after order 66 but didn’t know exactly where or what planet. Dagobah masked his presence very well

If I were Yoda I would have said you're a Jedi you'll be and the next grandmaster

I believe once Luke completed his training and achieved a stable and peaceful state of mind, Yoda would reveal the truth.

Wasn't the deal with Fett that he could keep Han for Jabba? Vader keeping Han would kinda piss off Fett and Jabba! uh oh

Then his friends would die and Luke could not defeat the empire alone. Yoda was wrong, his friends were worth saving.

Yoda and the clone Wars era Jedi were wrong about alot. The biggest is the attachment rule, barring attachment is ridiculous and doomed to fail to many humans in jedi ,instead they should've been taught healthy ways of having and losing attachments.

So characters crucial to destroying the 2nd Death Star die. In other words, this is the darker path and Luke is fated to fail. However, I disagree that Vader would take Han. According to Empire, Boba Fett was already taking Han before Luke arrived. Why would Vader change his mind?

I believe Vader could sense Luke’s presence close (he was almost at Cloud City already in the movie) so everything was going as plan, he gives up Han to Boba. But if Vader couldn’t feel Luke close or coming at all, I think he would be very angry and wouldn’t want to give up ANYONE. That’s how i see it atleast👍

@@jacobfett Fair enough - seeing as Han and Lando were both crucial for dropping the shields over the Death Star and then blowing it up respectively, to my mind, the Rebellion is stuffed. 😢 Will be interesting to see how things play out otherwise.

​@@JeremiahEcks777 the difference is that a Luke with far greater mastery over the force could just take over the 2nd death star from the inside once he dealt with Palpatine and Vader.
