What if Iron Man BUILT Darth Vader’s Suit? Let’s explore the depths of this scenario in the video.
Tony Stark shudders as a low humming device shrieks into his ear, leaving his body frozen in place. Standing above him is his former mentor, Obadiah Stane. He slowly pulls out the arc reactor from his chest and holds it up for him to see.
Obadiah: Oh, it's beautiful. Tony, this is your Ninth Symphony. What a masterpiece. Look at that. This is your legacy. A new generation of weapons with this at its heart. Weapons that will help steer the world back on course, put the balance of power in our hands. The right hands. I wish you could've seen my prototype.
He begins to place the arc reactor into a briefcase and prepares to leave.
Obadiah: I already have a buyer. Someone very interested in the armor you’ve made.
Suddenly, Obadiah’s watch begins to beep as a figure begins to call him. It’s a figure cloaked in black and hidden by a dark mask.
Vader: Not just the armor. Is this the man who built the armor?
Obadiah: Yes, sir. The one and only Tony Stark.
Vader stares into the paralyzed man’s eyes, sensing great power in him even without the Force.
Vader: I shall have him too.
Obadiah: Surprised. My lord, that wasn’t part of our agreement.
Vader: The armor you’ve created is crude compared to what he can make. This man is more valuable than any piece of tech you can give me. Do not worry, though; he shall not pose a threat to your takeover. I intend to take him far away from your world.
Obadiah: I’ve tried taking him far away, and he still came back. Where will you bring him?
Vader: Into my home, in a galaxy far, far away.
Obadiah looks at the man in surprise, wondering if he’s joking or not. But Vader appears completely serious. He quickly agrees, placing the arc reactor back into Tony’s chest but keeping him paralyzed as he prepares him for transport.
A few minutes later, an imperial shuttle lands outside the Stark mansion and carries Tony away to Mustafar. On the way back, Vader keeps Tony imprisoned in a ray shield as he looks over the information that Obadiah provided him about Tony. He’s surprised and impressed to see what man has accomplished with the limited technologies of this planet. In some ways, he reminds Vader of himself when he was still Anakin-a genius inventor who also tried to change the world from injustice.
For that reason, Vader allows Tony to keep his memories, but his surgical droid places an inhibitor chip in his brain. This chip is programmed by Vader himself, commanding Tony to be loyal to him and placing special command codes when he activates it.
After weeks of travel, they arrive at Vader’s castle on Mustafar. He takes Tony down to the lab, which is lined with state-of-the-art tools and more equipment than any Stark lab.
Even imprisoned, Tony could not help but be impressed.
Vader: I was told by your mentor that you built the most powerful suit of armor your world has ever known in, as he puts it, ‘a cave with a box of scraps.’ But as impressive as that armor is, it is rather primitive. I think with my tools you shall make something far greater.
Tony: I made that suit to save myself and to protect people from tyrants. What makes you think that I’m just going to make you one?
Vader: Because I also know the sting of a master’s betrayal. The difference is my master isn’t some money-grubbing businessman; he’s an emperor who rules the greatest empire your world has known.
Tony: And I’m supposed to believe you’re gonna bring peace? Yeah, the black leather and red glowing sword aren’t convincing me.
Vader: Then perhaps you can bring that peace yourself.
Vader snaps his fingers, and two droids come in, carrying one of the Iron Man suits in a crate.
Vader: Obadiah’s plans are nothing to me. Here is my deal: help me create my armor, and I shall allow you to return to Earth and overthrow your master.
Tony: And why should I believe that?
Vader: Because, as I said, you are not the only one who felt the betrayal of a master.
For the first time since arriving, Tony feels the sincerity of those words. Slowly, he agrees to help him. The two immediately get to work on the armor.
First, he studies Vader’s existing suit and looks for ways to upgrade it. The Dark Lord takes an active role in these upgrades, using his knowledge of engineering to help in the designs.
The two find weak points and begin correcting them, such as improving the comfort and sensors of the armor, then modifying the needles to allow Vader to control the amount of pain he feels. Lastly, Tony replaces the material with beskar.
After that, he adds additional modifications, placing rocket boosters and repulsor lasers that allow Vader to fight without his lightsaber. These are also enhancements that will increase Vader’s strength, speed, and endurance.
Meanwhile, Tony also begins working on his armor, making upgrades to it with the new weapons this galaxy has to offer. Vader is more than happy

This fan theory was absolutely wild, and a bit too good to be true, Vader is a Sith, so I immediately knew something was up. I absolutely love seeing these inter-dimensional crossovers though.

NOW THAT WAS A STORY! It was very action packed! It was a shock that Captain America met Ahsoka and Rex and joined the Rebel Alliance. It was insane how they fought Palpatine and It was funny how Hulk beat Vader and how Ahsoka defeated Vader.

Gotta wonder what kind of father tony would be when ultron has that classical droid awarness that makes star wars droids so emotional when compared to most other robots.
In a way Darth Vader and Tony Stark are alike they're both wearing technology to keep them alive.
Vader could have waited til after the avengers got back to earth.
What if Palpatine told the senate he was Sidious when he was elected (not illegal by the time of the prequels)? What if Padme didn’t trade Anakin for grievous when they were both captured on naboo What if Anakin used force lightning in various moments throughout the clone wars? What if Palpatine sensed vadar’s betrayal in return of the Jedi? What if Gungi stayed with the bad batch? What if Caleb joined the bad batch when his master died? What if Caleb survived the fire on Lothal? What if Ahsoka got to coruscant with maul before Mace windu left for the chancellors office? What if Ezra found luke instead of obi wan on Tatooine? What if Illum gave Anakin a red kyber crystal?

Absorbing Palp's lighting and repulsoring it back at him, Palpatine has no defense there. And the more he shoots, the more he fuels Vader. Just brutal.
This What If storyline you've created is spectacular. Far superior to the lackluster season 2 of Marvel's What If on Disney+. Hopefully, you continue the storyline with Thrawn, Moff Gideon, Thanos and his Black Order.

Imagine Vader, while researching other Earth scientists, stumbles across Jane. So now both Padme and Mace Windu are here but not really.
Palpatine would be surprised his forcelightning attack just makes him 400% stronger
Any suit that doesn't straight up handicap his mobility like his actual suit while still causing him enough pain to fuel his dark side power would make vader nearly unstoppable.
Reminds me that in the comics Cylo built Vader's suit and in some panels he did look like Tony Stark It was interesting too how he used technology, much like Iron Man, to try to overcome the power of force users whom he saw as obsolete
Vader getting an Iron Man suit would be so cathartic against Palpatine I’d pay to see it.

Woooowwwww MCU and Star Wars. Two of my favorite franchises. I knew it was too good to be true regarding Vader/Empire working with the Avengers. You can't trust a Sith Lord. Videos like this should have producers, directors, executives of Star Wars and other brands say to themselves, "Hmmm maybe we need to listen to the fans more cuz they actually have some good ideas that with their permission, we can bring to life." Well, now that you've made an official crossover with your *Star Wars* What If scenarios, I think you should do another one, only this time, it's a *Harry Potter* crossover. In this universal crossover, Harry Potter would be whisked away from the Dursleys not long after Dumbledore leaves him on their doorstep after his parents' deaths by a Jedi Master on Earth. The story would be that a Jedi Master is on Earth for a mission and overhears Dumbledore, McGonagall, and Hagrid talking about leaving Harry with his magic-hating muggle relatives, the Dursleys, to which McGonagall vehemently protests against, telling Dumbledore about them being such horrid people, describing them as being the muggle equivalents of the Malfoys and any other prejudiced magical families, something the Dumbledore doesn't believe and silences McGonagall to NEVER question him for doing something for "the greater good" ever again. The Jedi Master in question is disgusted with Dumbledore and decides to take matters into his/her own hands by whisking baby Harry away from his so-called "relatives," taking him to Coruscant to train as a Jedi after sensing his very powerful Force potential. Harry grows up trained as a Jedi, knowing about his planet of origin and who he is after being told of the wizarding world on Earth by the Jedi Order other than becoming very mistrusting of Dumbledore based on what he tried to do to him after the death of his parents. Meanwhile back on Earth, Dumbledore discovers Harry has disappeared and is horrified to learn he wasn't taken in by the Dursleys and that his "Greater Good" plans are in jeopardy of being ruined.

I was expecting this to be Tony building himself a Darth Vader suit instead of an Iron Man suit.
Holy Sh1t that suit made my lower limb tingle.
This would be a great crossover movie As long as Disney corporates kept their damn noses out of it
So let’s check on the status of things and how events for the MCU and Star Wars universes are changed by this. Since Palpatine was killed earlier than in the events of Return of the Jedi and even presumably A New Hope, he has to wait a lot longer to put his Final Order plan into action. And Operation Cinder is also put into place. Luke Skywalker is currently off the board as of right now as he’s never run into C-3PO and R2-D2 and both Obi-Wan and Yoda are still alive. Since as far as we know, Ultron doesn’t turn on humanity and try to destroy the world the events of Civil War don’t happen. Neither do all the events of Thor Ragnarok although Odin still dies and Hela is set loose on Earth, and Scott Lang’s adventure in Ant-Man and the Wasp actually goes a lot smoother without his house arrest. With Loki still on the throne of Asgard in disguise as Odin, he’ll most likely see Thanos coming and more than likely, with the Casket of Ancient Winters and the Tesseract on his side he’d more than likely stop Thanos’s quest for the stones very quickly.

Star Wars tech is indeed very primitive compared to what Iron Man has and can build. Given enough time and resources, Tony by himself could do better than the entire Imperial science directorate.
I think Vader should have escaped, but I'm cool with it. Let Darth Maul and Thanos be the next problems.
