This scenario is AWESOME, and my favorite part of this scenario is with the Marathas unifying India and Don Pedro the First becoming a figure in Brazil. In my view, the only way I think the Commonwealth of Poland and Lithuania to be able to resist the partition by Russia, Prussia and Austria is to have their own version of the Janissaries with loyalty lied only to the King. Maybe, using the Cossacks for this position by abolishing the serfdom and employed the recently freed serfs as Cossacks while also encouraging the migration and the colonization of the Wild Fields in the south to strengthen the southern borders and to ensure the supply line in case a war with Russia broke out. As for how to prevent the succession crisis to happen, making sure the eldest son of Duke Christoph of Wurttemberg, Eberhard, did not die in 1586 and get to marry Princess Sophia Jagiellon and have children with her. Despite the fact that he is 23 and she is 46, having children is still possible for both of them. Of course, these are possible if they have children before she died in 1575. So when her sister, Anna Jagiellon, passed away in 1587, Eberhard will ascended on the throne as the new King of the Commonwealth with his children with Princess Sophia as the heirs to the throne. I don't know how will his nephew, Sigismund III Vasa, will take this. But considering his nature as religious zealot for the Catholic Church, he won't be welcome in the Commonwealth anytime soon. And with Eberhard is working on consolidating his power as the new King and forming a regiment of troops loyal only to the King alone as a way of balancing the royal authority and power of the szlachta and to enforce the policies such as abolishing serfdom and encourage the colonization of the Wild Fields, he won't be able to join the Thirty Years' War, let alone retake Vienna for Chirstendom and give it to the Habsburg. So just like how the House of Romanov rose to power in Russia in time of crisis, the House of Wurttemberg rose to become the new rulers of the Commonwealth during the turbulent time as well. And by the 19th century, the Commonwealth remained as one of major players in Europe's politics by having good relations with Britain, France and the Ottoman Empire in the attempt to prevent Russia from taking Constantinople from Turkey while also allowing Austria-Hungary to be the one to unify Germany because Prussia remained part of the Commonwealth in this timeline. With Germany unified under Austria-Hungary, there is no need for the occupation and the annexation of Bosnia from the Ottoman Empire like at all. And because of that, there will be no World Wars like in our timeline.

Al Andalus survives, Gran Colombia survives, or Independent Hispanic Philippines.

I LOVE this idea, i have actually been thinking of creating fictional worlds that merge or combine multiple alternate history scenarios together like "what if the Estruscans took over the Italian Peninsula merged with what if mohism dominated china (instead of Confucianism) combined with what if Australia was Green plus what if the Caspian Sea never existed"?

I lost it when you mentioned Santa Clause lol!

This is one of the most unique ways of showing alternative history scenarios, they aren't stereotypical in their events and flow of story telling in that they have unique ways of changing history that I have yet to actually think about. The Rome video was the first one I got in my recommended and by God do I love it, hope to see more of this cause I know this channel is in my top 10 already!

I have never seen anyone try to put all the different alt histories together as it would be impossible to do so, as many of these are too small to be empires; only so many empires could exist at once.

Heh, I actually played as the Nemanjics in CK2 once, though I was able to completely keep control over the balkans and essentially replace the Eastern Romans. Considering making mods of the later games like EU4 and Victoria 2/3

no thats fair, I was just trying to explain the situation in 30ish seconds so the video didn't take 40 minutes. Obviously there are way more factors for each than what I explained, and I thought the video would look better with something besides just the map. I also agree the great man theory can be a bit overdone but this was not a very serious video

Honestly some of these scenarios sound great to me like the : Georgian empire ; Armenian empire ; Incan empire ; Toltec empire ; Sami ; Antilia ; Persian empire ; Principality of Theodora ; Phonecian cities & The Philipine ideas , l thibk that some of these deserve a whole video all for them .

can you make a scenario where rebellions in the balkans happend earlier than in our time line (ex Greece Serbia Bulgaria from the ottomans)

What if the Marathas under the Bhonsle dynasty ruled the Kingdom of Mewar or Nagpur during the 11th century and unified India? And what if one of the Maratha Chhatrapati married a Byzantine Princess from the Macedonian Dynasty? Would the Orthodox Church accept this marriage, and what about the Byzantine Senate? Would the senatorial families of the Senate agree to this marriage even if it was political and beneficial to the Emperor and the Empire? How does this marriage benefit the Maratha Bhonsle and the Macedoain Byzantine Emperor? Also, I would like to know what you think about this. Would it be possible for one of the Bhonsle members to be elected by the Senate to become the new Emperor of the Eastern Roman with the Macedonian Dynasty went extinct, and would the entire nobility of Byzantium accept this marriage and what about the rest of Europe, what would be the response to the rulers of that time? Just imagine a foreign ruler from India happened to be a member of a mighty empire that was ruling both realms, and the question would make this into a Maratha-Byzantium- Empire or Indo-Eastern- Roman Empire by combining these two empires into one or a dual monarchy similar to Austria-Hungary and Habsburg Spain? Would this powerful empire expand into the Middle East to reconquer Anatonila and retake Italy? What would the relationships be like with European kingdoms, and what enemies would dislike this empire? Explain why this empire could discover the New World First? It would be a very cool alternate history video to see an Indian Emperor ruling the Byzantine Emperor as the new Emperor ruling wealthy counties forming a massive realm and bringing an era of a new golden age for the Romans and Indian ethnic population. Europe would be surprised to see many mixed cultures and diversity populations living in Byzantium.

​@@Videntis.History Its pretty easy to tell its not 100% serious when Santa controls the far north and Atlantis exists and Im sure you're not a "I believe in monarchy in the 21st century" crackpot but still pretty much 90% of the countries are either the major colonial powers ever so slightly altered, native empires that basically just conquer the areas around them and areas that didn't historically unify being unified by some great leader or an ancient empire just continuing to exist just because. It's so boring and samey. It's just so uncreative. Especially Africa, literally all of it is just colonies, colonial administrations or tropes. Like Ethiopia pulling a Meiji and conquering all the areas around them just like that with no regard for anything or Mali and they just colonize Brazil and Rhodesia really Rhodesia. Nothing on the Swahili city states, Aksum, Buganda, the Lunda Confederation/Kingdom, Kush, Ashanti, Kongo and Kanem. Also there was always the option of using post colonial divergences. There are no new countries made with different dominant cultures other than say the toltecs and Burma, no alternate secessions, no alternate revolutions despite the revolutionary period being an extremely interesting part of history etc etc. All of these things are interesting but when its bam bam bam literally everything is like this its just not entertaining. You do even places like Europe a disservice, its pretty much like WW1 but slightly different with the only major change being the PLC and the Sami confederation and Rome but continues which apart from the sami are all tropes. Just taking a more anthropological perspective would do wonders. As for reading, I think the way to go would be some post colonial theory like the Wretched of the Earth to challenge your perspective because you clearly have an interest in history just blindspots, all you gotta do there is find reputable sources on the kingdom you are interested in. I'd think you'd find the Axum, Kush, Kanem and Lunda to be the most interesting.
