Krookodile's close enough here, imo. Mummified crocodiles sent to Sobek? May as well be based off him. Besides, I think Feraligatr's pretty close to Sobek now. It's usually what I name my Feraligatr anyway. lol

Or more like: A region based on Africa, but more of the Serengeti and the jungle areas... (mostly based around The lion King and Tarzan movies... more likely, the main people could be a lot of explorers and archeologists trying to study the Pokémon and then sent a camp in the place (that acts as the hometown of the region, soo the main protagonists could have the Victorian-explores look, yet they still use modern day stuff, such as smartphones and TVs and stuff... their parents weren’t from the Victorian era, but they were EXTREMELY fans of that era, soo they just created that house to be based. Like that... there’s also a tree house were a boy (based on Tarzan lives there)... also, the main villain team is... Team Hunter (or, Team... something, something... Marfil?)... which is lead by a character based on Clayton, which instead of hunting the gorilla, he (and his team) plans on LITERARY hunting every Pokémon around the region, and he will use the legendary Pokémon to EXTINCT all the pokemons around the region... spoiler alert, he fails... and Also DIES!... in the same way as Clayton, HOWEVER, it’s also includes another reference to another death... based on Mami, she died beheave, soo this is how the main antagonist dies, he will tries to take on the vines (or tongues of the legendary Pokémon (which is based on a chameleon-snake thingy), and after a few cut, he fall to his death with one of the Tongues of the legendary Pokémon attached to his neck, and after he looks like he’s hanged, the legendary Pokémon also fall too, and then it’s closes it's mouth on the hunter's head (chomping it btw) and then both fell to their “Deatth”... even though the Legendary doesn’t die, but it’s gets knocked out and disappears on a fog, leaving only but the Riffle (albeit, destroyed into pieces) and Machete of the hunter laying around... but the body of the same hunter isn’t nowhere to be found... scary, right?

I remember seeing a fanmade pkmn game with camping and low and behold, it's in SwSh. Pretty sure it's coincidence cuz of the amount of years taken for developing a game but eh, who cares that game is so bland anyway that couldn't have been enough to entice me 🤷‍♀️

Dio, a ghost psychic type with the abilities vampirism/forewarning, vampirism makes it so that any health drain moved by dio restores 100% of the damage dealt as hp, but makes it take twice as much damage from fire types, jo, jojo, and jojostar are a fire fighting and later fire psychic type line with the abilities long reach/forewarning

Do you know. How much. I would adore this? The cat ones. FIRE. as a massive Egyptian mythology buff, this was an absolutely amazing video. Although this will probably not come to life, I applaud you for your creativity and accurate research! 15:21- I LOVE MOOGONG'S DESIGN. For one thing: Water/Normal. Seriously. Why _haven't_ we ever had a Normal-type starter? But for another thing: I freaking LOVE how this thing looks as powerful as most final evolutions, and yet at the same time it's also kind of cute (like Cinderace). Makes sense. It's a _DUGONG_; dugong are just lovable oafs. I would pet this Pokemon. It's like Snorlax and Dewgong had a baby and it's SO DANG CUTE. GIVE ME THIS THING NOW GAME FREAK.

This is the first fan made Pokémon video EVER that I have liked. Good job.

You know I just noticed a kind of neat and also kind of funny thing. Lucario and Zoarark variants could also be representations of Jekyll and Hyde, Jekyll being a Jackel (Heh) and is a doctor which means he option deals with death, and Hyde as the less evil and more chaotic version of Zoarrk and their constant feud could be the fight against good verse evil in the story. Just wanted to say it since I found it neat.

Fun fact about that Ra myth, Isis poisoned ra in order to get his true name, getting his true name would let her usurp him as the head of the gods, and she actually had a good reason to do so, Ra was getting old and also kinda senial, ra wouldn't give up his position and Isis took matters into her own hands. Unlike most usurper gods, isis was actually very responsible and just with her new powers, and even became a protector of the pharaohs

I agree with this completely, there so much lore you could pull from this.

I love how well you recreate the pokemon style.

I mean we have two regions based off of two completely different states (Unova and Alola) and several of them are based off of places in Japan (I'm not really familiar with which ones are based on Japan or what parts of Japan) instead of as a country as a whole.

This is sooooooo well done! What I most appreciate is that the design choices are very consistent with traditional Pokémon designs, namely with a gen 2 and 3 vibe. I don't understand why the main line has lost its design theming, when it is clearly so possible to recreate and invent upon it in beautiful ways.

These designs don't really have any uniqueness between not only the evolutions, but also the pokemon themselves. There was no reason why a lot of them are bandaged and evolutions could be more creative instead of just 'it gets bigger and more strogner!'.

These are high key good! 👏

i like that you trimmed the fat, i remember some old episodes of this series being super long which made it difficult to watch. Also these designs are really nice! I like the Eevee evolutions, (though Elixeon is a bit similar to umbreon), Saharoar is cool (not as big on final evo), Locurse, Phlague, Armitter, and Aviankh. I dont know why but i really like Armitter especially. The way his front legs are kind of turned backwards at the bottom is cool.

I'd like greece as a location, think you could make a minitor, Cerberus a cyclops

I love every single one of these designs. The water starter is my favourite.

Story idea: maybe in the postgame Aviankh is trying to find the Solar Disc(that's what I'm calling it) in order to regain it's power. However, the Evil Team took the Disc in order to lure Aviankh and put it under their control. Then they'll let it absorb energy at a Sky Pillar-esque area. You have to save it, or it'll be fully under their control and it will reset the region.

I normally don't like Pokemon videos (but still watch them because I suffer from severe nostalgia) but I must say, this is fantastic. This is very in depth and all the designs are solid, well thought, and aesthetically sound in the standards of the games. You should be hired by Game Freak and the Pokemon Company, they would be fools not to hire you.

We need a poison type Australian regional variant of the Ibis starter. Instead of Gods, we call them bin chickens here lmao

Once again some of the Pokemon in the Buddy Verse tend to always speak to me not just in aesthetic but the fact you decided to make my favorite pokemon Eevee for the variant here with Bastet. Who is slowly becoming one of my favorite Egyptian gods, due to the Egyptian Horoscope. I also like Anubis.
