Idk where I read it, but there's supposed to be an ending for Tobey and Andrew and seeing what are they doing on their universe after the battle. Idk what Tobey's would look like, I forgot what the guy said, but I think it's just him swinging like Tom. Now, for Andrew, he won't have a swinging scene, but he would be on Gwen's grave and he will say something like "I couldn't save you Gwen, but I save Mj" if this moment was in the movie, it would be so dramatic and will definitely show that Andrew is the ULTIMATE version of Spiderman, because Ult. Spiderman said the same thing

Nah it would be too much. The realization afterwards is better imo

Andrew’s Peter probably dissected every moment of when he couldn’t save Gwen. He probably spent so much time thinking about “what if I had done this instead” and beating himself up over it. This was his moment to have closure and “redeem” himself. This was his moment to do what he thought about doing a thousand times. And he did it, and he saved her. He saved her life and saved his other self from years of heartbreak and guilt. I’m so glad they added this scene.

Although the extra drama would have had a great effect, what did it for me was Garfields delivery.....I didn’t need a visual flashback because his delivery and facial expression gave us all the flashback and emotion we needed. Hope that makes sense. But amazing work by the creator here this was very well done 👍

Hearing Andrews theme right at the end sent shivers up my spine. Good God we need TASM 3.

Imagine if he was wearing his mask on his head and they made it very subtle though; like they did a close up on his face when he first takes the dive (like in TASM2) and in his eyes MJ could change to Gwen and back then zoom out and carry on. I think that would be so cool and h e a r t b r e a k i n g

Bro this was the best scene in the whole movie ... this version should of been in the movie

I like this more than the original. I think I would’ve liked it more if Peter (Andrew) had been suffering from a form of PTSD throughout the movie. That way he isn’t able to be Spider-Man fully because he always had flashbacks. Maybe in a previous scene, he could have had flashbacks when seeing Electro and stopped fighting because he couldn’t handle the mental pain of remembering what happened. If they did it like that, it would’ve made this scene were MJ falls more intense. We as the audience wouldn’t know if Peter would be able to save MJ.

This scene should have been a little slower and more dramatic, and we didn't know that Andrew was going to save her until the moment he catches her, so there was tension and it wasn't so obvious that Andrew was going to save her. And before that, that at the moment where Tom tries to save her, the web comes out in the form of a hand, just like when Andrew tries to save Gwen, or when Andrew saves MJ

Coincidentally I wanted to see something like that in the movie, but I'm not complaining about what they gave us

This scene felt wayyyy too fast in No way home. I genuinely wish they did something like this and really brought us back emotionally to those moments Gwen was falling. this was sooo many years in the making and a lot of the movie felt pretty rushed. But this scene in particular, I just wish they built up the tension here and the flashbacks are an immaculate way to do it!! Very well done! !

it is about the copyright, if they bring the footage of the older spiderman, that mean give more bidget for this movie.

I still remember the first time I saw this part. When MJ was falling, I was like, "MJ!!!" then I was hoping Tom would save her but Green Goblin got him and I said, "NO!!!". But then when Andrew was going to get her, I was like, "OMG! Come on, Andrew. Catch her!!!" and when he caught MJ, I said, "Yes!!! Thank fucking god!" I nearly had a heart attack. I totally loved this part cause Andrew redeemed himself by saving MJ in Tom's universe when he couldn't save Gwen in his universe

It would have been better if Peter free had a flashback while saving MJ

I cried while watching this video lol. And i watched this scene over 20 times already

I immediately felt this scene, while being absolutely amazing, could have used a flashback woven in both to help people who didn't see Amazing Spider-Man understand the significance, and also to really drive home what Andrew's Spider-Man was feeling in that moment. The way I imagined it would be, when Andrew dove down, the camera would zoom in on his face and you would see the reflection of Gwen falling in his eyes, then it would seamlessly transition to MJ falling in sync with how Gwen was.
