So let me do the math. Monica made $460,000 a year. She spent 92k a year, which is totally fine with that income. She doesn't have to worry about spending more than her budget because she is conscious about what and how she is spending on each category. That's the goal.

It's great to see a creator talk about their finances without being weird or embarrassed about it. Do you make and spend a lot more than I do? Yeah, but good for you for having that kind of freedom. But this has not been changed on my reports which is giving me headache along side collections, charge offs & tax liens but few weeks ago I read about *CREDITMASTERFIX* from an article created from 2019 by a UK blogger. They didn’t only delete all negative items that’s giving me headache, they also raise by score by 265pts in under 3 weeks using them *CREDITMASTERFIX* . *COM*

As a Dutch person I was shocked by the low car payment. Then I looked up the prices of the Macan GTS in the US vs NL, it's crazy. $82,900 vs €147,400. Gotta love those Dutch taxes. That car is literally made next door to us, with no import/export tariffs in the EU and we still pay almost twice, of what an American pays, absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention Dutch salaries are much lower, than in the states and gas price sits at around $8/gallon. It's clear, I'm jealous! Very very jealous!

Regardless of what you spend, I commend you on knowing where your money is going and being conscious of how you spend. So many people have no clue where their money goes. This makes it really hard to decide when and if you want to cut back or prioritize.

Your honesty about what you spend/earn is so refreshing! And honestly, as beautiful as your life is I'd say you are on the more humble side of what many KZreadrs/influencers purport their lifestyles to be...which often gives unrealistic expectations to people watching because, let's face it, many are living beyond their means! Keep crushing it lady!

My dad gave taught me something I find helpful which is the rule of thirds - your rent/mortgage should be no more than 1/3 of your wages, then you can spend 1/3 each week and try to save 1/3. If you can work what 1/3 of your wages are, try to make sure that's left in your savings account each week.

This was very interesting to watch! 2021 was my first year making over six figures, and I've been very surprised to find the money doesn't go quite as far as I thought it would. Love the idea of two different CCs for two different types of expenses!

@@tiffanys221122 @Amara M it’s opportunity cost. If I buy a $100K car cash, then I’m saving the 2 or 3% interest that I would have paid. If I invest that same $100K and finance the car, then I’m earning the market average (which is 8-10%) minus the interest paid. So it makes more sense to finance and earn 5-8% than pay cash and save 2-3%. But that ONLY works if you invest the money that you otherwise would have spent.
