Some great tips overall. Intermittent fasting has science backed benefits but it’s not for everyone. Indians have many health issues primarily related to their diets. I think it would be helpful if you could do a video on what are healthy and tasty options for breakfast lunch and dinner. Us Indians have a hard time eating salads etc.

This is a great what I eat in a day video 👍 I liked how you incorporated Mediterranean diet. I have been incorporating some components of it in my Indian diet and it’s been working great for me. Lentils and chickpeas that are common in Indian diets are highly underrated. Just because something is inexpensive doesn’t mean it’s not nutritious. Avocados are quite affordable where I live but I do have to watch how much avocados I eat. They are good fats but they are higher calorie too. So the bottom line is: eat local and everything in moderation :) Thank you for the video!

Dr Nene, really surprised to see no native Beans/Lentils/Legumes/Pulses, native whole grains like different types millets and fresh local vegetables in your "what I eat ..." video. That used to be dominant part of Indian diet, widely available, reasonably priced, delicious, sustainable and super healthy and what most Indians could afford.

Please also mentioned if your diet had changed over the years according to your age. Also probably a sustainable diet, when you were working long hours as surgeon. I am sure there will be people from different walks of life and ages who would appreciate the changes in requirements of food as per age and profession.

Sir, we ardently follow your health suggestions as these are the simple and sustainable practices to maintain health. As a surgeon trained from the US we will be grateful if you can share insights on medical training abroad, so as to prepare my son studying in 12th standard. What are the differences that you have experienced while taking medical training from the United States. What are the ideal academic majors that can be focused for pre med training. Apologize to ask this general question through this platform, but we value your experience in the field. Respects and regards.
