Hi angels! I hope you've all had a lovely weekend & are ready for another what I eat in a day!
DISCLAIMER -Like I mentioned I don't track my caloric intake, I eat intuitively day to day. My main focus is always around making sure I eat 80% healthy, whole foods, and then 20% naughtier foods. I am also only 5ft so the amount I consume may be less or even more than you, everyone is totally different! Some days I eat more & some days I eat less, each day is different! So this is just your reminder to not take what I'm eating as a whole for the day into account, but more so utilise the different meal ideas (if you like them of course).

I love thunder too and that happens with my clothes all the time whenever i decide to dry them outside its a beautiful day all day and then it starts pouring out of nowhere and i have to rewash them😂

Yes but carbs from fruit aren’t bad for you... you need complex carbs in your diet which are a completely different thing.
