Chocolate Protein Smoothie:
1 frozen banana
1 serve of naked harvest protein
1 tbls cacoa powder
1 tsp monkfruit sweetener
1 tsp peppermint extract
Bang Bang Salmon:
salmon
cucumber
spring onion
rice
mayonnaise
sweet chili sauce
siracha
Banana Bread
Combine wet mixture:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted butter or coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 eggs
Combine dry mixture:
1 1/2 cup almond flour, packed
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
Fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Add blueberries & white chocolate chips. Bake at 180 deg for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Creamy Cheese Pasta:
chicken breast
cajun seasoning
shaker fry seasoning
garlic
shallot
cream
cheese (parmesan & philadelphia)
linguine
parsley
rocket

I love these vids so much!! Definitely will be trying these recipes out. Also not your ice cream choices being my go to always. Mint ice cream after dinner just hits different but I always get judged :(
