It’s corn dough stuffed with beans , pressed , cooked and then salsa (spicy sauce) added ontop , topped with cream and cheese, then topped with grilled cactus and grilled beef. It’s called a Huarache which means sandal 🩴

Ask any Mexican food establishment if they have “Huaraches” and if they don’t have them trust me someone will make it for you. If they know how to do it they will make it even if it’s not on the menu. It’s not that hard. If you are from SoCal go to DTLA, there are plenty of places in SoCal. Happy hunting… 😂

Y entonces le falta viajar a México para que conozca más de la gastronomía mexicana ! Y más los antojitos o comida callejera como le llaman! Acá en México son típicos esos huaraches como se le llaman y los puede haber así como el del vídeo o con trozos de salchicha frita, pollo deshebrado, mole verde un guiso típico de acá también, papas con chorizo, huevo estrellado etc, hay una gran variedad de guisos que se le pueden poner encima ! Y si son muy deliciosos!
