I absolutely loved this video. I've been on a minimalist, slow living journey since my daughter was born. My biggest struggle with slow food is all things gluten. Im coealic and I'm having trouble making bread, wraps, etc with the different flour alternatives. What I miss the most from my pre-coealic days is dumplings and ramen. My homemade soups and pasta sauces have been amazing though :)
