ABOUT: My name is Michaela and I'm a nutritionist with a bachelor's and a master's degree in nutrition science. I post 'What I eat in a day' videos, recipes etc. I eat about 95-98% plant based so most of my meals are classified as vegan, but not all of them. However, you can usually make the non-vegan meals vegan in case you want to replicate them ☺️

A fraternity (or a frat house) is a social organization typically found on college campuses in the United States, composed exclusively of male students. So theoretically, a fratbread could be a kind of bread chosen by a particular frat house to be its beloved culinary staple within the community, shared during social gatherings, meetings, or casual hangouts. Hahha I had fun thinking about this.

I don't know if I have a proper workout routine, I just try to strength train as many days a week as I have time and energy for (but usually with 1-2 rest days). I want to move in some way every day though so on rest days I might go for a walk or do light yoga or stretching... Or my rest days is basically just days when I'm busy but I'm naturally moving for transport etc. But I feel like I should incorporate more cardio...
