What I eat in a day

This is what I normally eat in a day when I am not away for work. While I use bulking & cutting occasionally as a tool, I generally follow the "maingaining" protocol to stay lean and gradually build muscle over time. I don't know about you but I'd rather look good year-round than bounce back and forth between body fat percentages.
The way to make this work however, is to keep your protein intake as high as possible. If you are not currently at your desired leanness, then you will be much better served either bulking or cutting to achieve that before implementing maingaining.

    Seriously dude I would not be able to stay ripped up eating like this. Im a bit jealous as i am in the middle of a 36 hour fast. Keep up the good work.

    36 hr fast!? God damn son, id perish into nothingness 😂 It does help that I’m generally in the gym 6 days a week though
