Hey holly! I’m new to your channel so you’ve probably already tried this, but something that helps me a lot when I get crazy sugar cravings is actually upping my daily protein. It’s weird, but works for me and I’m a bit of a sugar addict haha. Enjoying your videos though!
If you felt the benefits of the ice bath, you should try dipping in the sea 🌊 I run by the coast and will always go for a dip post run if I can! And you've got the gorgeous Pacific to soothe those muscles!

So I’ve had a few drinks but I’ve really cut back! Alcohol isn’t really my vibe atm ahaha I hate hangovers too much xxx

sugar is one that I find makes me bloated is I eat too many sugary foods

I have pcos too. And if I have high carbs it spikes insulin . Fat helps to stabilise insulin levels. I have a high fat low carb . X

Girl you don't need to make your meals low calorie high volume if you are running! You should take advantage that now more than anytime you can enjoy indulging a little
