I would love a healthy full length Costco video! Because of your short one, I went the next day and bought about half of the items. They didn't have the egg bites, but I found them at my local grocery store. At Costco I got the almond butter, albacore tuna, yogurt, and they didn't have the organic turkey but I got the chicken. I love these tips, thank you!
I definitely needed this; I have surgery in a month and a half, and it's recommended that I lose weight to improve my surgical outcome. I know I can count on you to recommend healthy ways to do so that I can maintain even after surgery!

I love how I feel when I eat like you. So glad a I found your channel! Your focus on getting enough healthy calories has helped me overcome an eating disorder and get my weight down. I’’m not at my slimmest, but I don’t really care anymore. I give my body what it needs, move it enough, and I feel like I look healthy, which is better than just skinny.

I LOVE the Dr. Kellyanne bone broth!!! I drink it after lunch too. I tried making my own also. Really good. It’s AWESOME. I add a tiny bit of green onions or a pinch of salt! Mint gum will help the burps. Always helps me.

I am struggling so hard right now to lose weight. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2004. My two worst symptoms are fatigue and vertigo. About a month ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Oh, and to top it all off, I just hit menopause. 😭 My energy level is at an all time low. Being on disability and married to a public school teacher, my financial situation is less than ideal. I am looking for affordable ways to feel better. Do you have any suggestions?? Intermittent fasting can still be effective, but new studies show it's better to eat dinner earlier than to skip any meal/breakfast. Love your videos, thanks for sharing!
I have gained 57 lbs in the last 2 years. I need to start the weight loss process. I'm 61, had a complete hysterectomy 8 years ago. Am completely out of shape exercise wise. I had done optavia 3 years ago and went from 165 down to 123. I gained it back plus more during covid. I want to be 135.

Thank you for sharing this. I really wanted to be sure if fasting helps for hypo. Have been doing for 2 months, but haven’t actually lost weight… so maybe we need more meals to stabilize the blood sugars. It’s frustrating because we hear so many wonderful things about fasting, but maybe it’s not for everyone? Really on the fence here if I should try for longer or go back to have more meals a day!

Question: I’ve lost 35lbs in last year and a half, recently hit plateau, I’d found that IF was very beneficial for me in my journey so really wanted to stick with it however I heard you in this video ;). I also am struggling w/hormones (pre-menopausal) so do you really think taking out IF helped you? Or just do it less days?
I need to lose about 15-20 pounds. I gained them back and I feel like I'm not losing the weight because I don't have the right diet or movement when working out
I have been following the meal plan and I enjoy all the smoothies it is convenient and u get all ur nutrients.

I'm two weeks post partum and breastfeeding and Im craving sugar soooo much. Trying to add more protein to my day and I'll try out adding more carbs to the beginning of the day and less at the end. Any tips for eating less sugar and stopping cravings?

ive been doing the same.. eating more earlier in the day (higher protein) and it has made me lose the stubborn baby weight with even exercising less, actually barely working out🫤. I only did it because i felt like i needed the energy/fuel during the day. Moral lesson: we need to truly listen to our bodies and trust it knows what it's doing. 😊
Snacking is my weakness! I’m a daycare teacher now and I have alot of naptime/downtime for snacking!
I weigh myself everyday almost everyday , because it’s just how I stay motivated and can track myself and it doesn’t Matter if others don’t weigh themselves , it just works for me.

These videos are educational. ❤ I have cut many bad habits from my life this year. Im working hard to create transformation, but im still waiting for the resulta to come in spite of my efforts. For example: I have cut alcohol from my life. The only time i have a glass of wine now is when we go out to eat or go on vacation. And those things are less than 6 times a year 😂❤(we dont go to restaurants much)

Have you had any issues with taking large amounts of biotin with having hypothyroidism? I can’t find much info on whether it actually affects your thyroid, but it can interfere with lab test results, so I’m hesitant to try Athletic Greens or other supplements with high doses of biotin because of this.
I have slumber party and love it but I wake up feeling still groggy and tired how early before bed should I take it. I usually go to bed at 9:30 and wake up around 5:30. Love you Katie!

I usually take it about 30 mins before bed. You may also try using a little less than a scoop and see how that goes!
How often are you drinking the bone broth? Once a day?
Have you ever struggled with feeling guilty over eating different foods? How do you balance eating healthy but still sometimes eating something that might be less healthy without beating yourself up? I'm really struggling with this. I'll either feel so guilty and not want to eat anything like sweets or fast food until I crave it so much does I just give up and eat all the foods.

I have that same problem with the veggies with the hypothyroid problem. Gas, bloating, etc.
