I get those anxious feelings too. I really recommend running, even if it’s just for two minutes and then walking it out after. Helps me a lot!

Also taking a cold shower for a minute and holding your breath. It’s scientifically proven to reduce your heart rate. Look up “DBT tip the temperature” for more information on why it works

Same! I was hunting for a vintage one for months but they never were quite right.

I never had falafel, I tried making some from a boxed mix and it turned out awful ! Although I don’t have anything to compare it with. Are boxed mix supposed to be bad lol ?

try from authentic middle eastern restaurants!! they’re amazing. there’s a lot of room for error when you make from boxed mixes-the mix itself could be bad or you don’t get to make it the right way.
