    The sticky tofu looked so good! Try pressing the tofu before you cook it to remove the excess water. I find it really helps with getting it to crisp up and it doesn’t fall apart as easy ☺️

    Try freezing your tofu first. It changes the texture and it will also absorb marinades better after its been frozen.

    As a fellow veggie i get the same protein issue only i dont get enough salt and i notice that i get really bad cramp especially in my right leg is so nad the doctor has told me i need to actually put salt on what i can to keep my levels up 😅🙈🤞💖
