You can check if eggs are rotten by putting them in a jug of water (before you cook). If they float, they have gas in - meaning they’re off. If they touch the bottom of the jug and stay there - you’re fine to eat :-)

It’s so nice to see such a balanced, healthy day of eating and the quantity is really positive for other young women to see. You honour your hunger, workout, have treats... 👍 For the lemon water, it’s fine so long as you dilute the lemon juice with at least 100ml of water. Using a straw is also good for less tooth contact. Rinse your mouth with water after drinking and then don’t brush your teeth for a good 30 mins after. If you brush too soon when the acid is still on your teeth, that’s when the enamel is most soft and you will damage it.

Hi Emily great video really enjoyed this! 😊 I had a bad egg-sperience 🥚 (pun intended 😜) recently and I agree it does put you off! My friend told me that when you buy your eggs, put them in a bowl of water and if any float that means they’re bad. Let’s not give up on the eggs they’re an elite snack 😍 xx
