I've been raw for almost a year now. Few cooked vegetables here and there. I also just got a German Shephard puppy. He's almost 4 months. You look so happy. It makes me smile. Hoping i can find something raw to make from you. I only eat fruit and zuchini or yellow sqaush and carrots or sweet potato. I'm on a mission to cure my diabetes so everyday i tell myself i am healthy.

So happy to be back!! Pretty much. I eat more under times of stress. My weight tends to fluctuate depending on the state of my mental health among other factors. But it’s normal, and should be normalized more. Fortunately, I’m in a much better head space now. Thanks for asking and for being here beautiful! 😊🥰💕

Oh! Something I wish I'd remembered sooner - digestive enzymes - even temporarily, are so helpful for heart burn, etc... No side effects, and hopefully his body can start to not have that reaction to certain foods. (unless ginger is an actual allergy). Hth
