Love your videos and your strengths ….. it’s okay to feel depressed and anxious in relation for what you managed…… I’m very happy you are doing safe care and empowering your followers….. the world needs people like you 💗 and your empowerment and your strengths I’m here to support your strengths…. Whatever you feel take it one day, minute at the time and your good 💛💛💛💛💛 donot compare yourself to others because have their strengths…. Well done on the weight loss Helen. I chuckled through this vlog as I did a similar thing, marched up to the counter in KFC and said......."I asked for a BBQ dick and didn't get it" the staff (and me) all dissolved into laughter and I skulked back to the table with said "dick" in hand LOL A good sauce for wraps and also as a dipping sauce on SW is natural yogurt mixed with mint sauce, B&M do a syn free one, google it for the picture, not worth using syns on that in my opinion so I always use it for a delicious syn free sauce, im drooling thinking about it, more vlogs like this please my lovely xxx

I went into early menopause at 27 caused by my cancer treatment so I’ll be on HRT forever. x
