Hi Helen I rejoined SW for the millionth time on 30th December and came across your channel, so I went back on your videos to when you joined SW last year and basically binge watched them all up to Xmas to now having wait for your new ones! I absolutely love you and your channel! You are such an inspiration in so many ways! I’ve now gone right back to your very first video and am now binge watching all the older ones 😂 thank you for keeping me entertained and can’t wait see your SW journey 😊 I need 1lb to get my stone I’ve lost every week since I rejoined 30th December but just missed my first week today as was not feeling great currently lying in bed watching your channel. I wanted to send you images from the Internet but I wasn't able.. about your fence 1) buy anti vandal no climb paint and yellow warning signs saying warning anti climb paint in use. I would put a sign up every 5 feet block of fencing ..( if they get tar on themselves, hay ho?!) 2) Before buying a new chair. Try a portable back rest frame they start about £10. X

Helen hubby got me well its like the shape of a hot water bottle but its flat and electric he got it from argos it was about £28 its got 3 settings on it its good

Can work supply you with a chair? I work from home I have all office equipment it’s ugly but it works. If anyone knows of any nice looking chairs that are great for 8 hours a day office life please let me know. Good luck with your weigh in. I’ve tried really well this week and put 3lb on wtf 🙈🫠 x
