Hi All!!!
I hope you're all well. So here's my food on Wednesday. I LOVED it all!!! I really hope it gives you ideas on Slimming World, or if you just want to eat more healthy foods.

    I just want to say a massive thank you, I’m not one to do things like this but I feel I have to. Long essay to follow....! I’m on my 3rd attempt at SW, twice before I done really well but life got in the way and then embarrassment stopped me from going back for so long! This time round I’m attempting at going it alone with my fiancée at home, who is also a SW lover. I’ve been really struggling not going to groups, but you have kept me on the straight and narrow. I’m currently writing this in my car in the middle of my night shift (I work for the London ambulance service) and am avoiding our mess room as it’s someone’s birthday and about a million cakes in there!! So I’ve come out and watched a few of your Vids munching on some plums instead!!!! You have become my personal SW consultant, and I thank you so much for that! You’ve truly helped me in my journey, I’m 4 weeks in and 9lbs down and feeling ok! I’m getting married this time next year and really need to knuckle down, so you truly are a god send to me. Thank you so so much, I wish you all the best with your gorgeous baby boys; your truly going to be an amazing mother. Sorry if this is cringe, like I said I had to express my gratitude to you.     Great video. Love to see what you eat in a day. You make food optimising look so easy. I like the look of the new Ryvita’s. I will take a trip to Tesco to get some. I’m not good with ‘one third speed’ on the plate first. Must do better! You are looking great. X

    Hi Nikki - another great video thanks - I find the meal ideas so helpful ! Would you be able to do a video with lunch ideas? I know you have a lot of cooked lunches as you are at home but would you be able to suggest some ideas for lunches to take out and about i.e. packed lunch style lunches. I really struggle with ideas for lunches for work and end up having salad most days which I then get bored of. Thanks so much :-)

    I have my daughters picture but it’s Louise I post a lot on your FB. I always do roasted veg as a base with a small amount of pasta instead of a salad if you fancy something warm it’s lovely xxx I eat like you and I am not pregnant 😜 I love my food

    Love the new ryveeta’s but annoying that they come in packs of 4!! So I use 3 as my heb then I have to syn the other one 😩 packs of 3 would be perfect!!

    Hi Nikki, this all looks super delicious as per usual! I know you’ve maintained your weight for a very long while but in your ‘what I eat in a day’ videos you nearly always stick to plan and keep your syns relatively low. I got to target about 4 months ago (having lost nearly 9 stone) but am really struggling to maintain my weight as it keeps dropping off, despite my upping my syns to 20 per day. This week was my birthday and the amount of syns I ate was ridiculous (I was actively trying to gain as I’m 5 below target) and I only put on half a pound. Most days I really struggle to eat my syns as I, like you, like cooking big healthy meals packed with speed foods and I just don’t fancy high syn foods very often. My tastes have really changed and I’ve made body magic part of my every day life so I expect my metabolism is up too. My question is, how are you able to maintain your weight while sticking to plan? I don’t understand why you don’t keep losing too! I don’t want to lose any more but I don’t want to give up my slimming world eating habits either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Xx

    Loving your channel and your positive attitude. Would you consider making a video based on Healthy Extra B choices and why and how they benefit us. I find it quite confusing when HEX B choices can vary so greatly in their number of syns. For example, your Ryvita choice on this video was 1.5 syns per Ryvita cracker totalling 4.5 syns for a B choice. Mine this morning of 50g All Bran, I believe totalled 7.5 syns. Why the huge disparity in syn values if they are both bona fide Healthy Extra B choices. I know I am mad when it comes to numbers, but, if you chose that same HEX B choice for 7 days and I stuck with my All Bran, which works wonders for me lol, the difference over the week would be 21 syns!! Taking it to extremes, as I do, this totals 420 calories. OMG, that freaks me out ha ha. I am a target member having been at target for 2 years and 5 months. I love love love this plan but, I don’t always get it. Thanks Nikki, a simple over view of why and how would help me and I am sure it would help others.     +Jane Day hi there. Healthy extras aren't about calories they are for fibre. Its all worked in. You don't need to count calories

    Great video I'm on my 2nd week of slimming world and just struggling, I haven't lost anything, my skin has broken out really bad and I feel bloated. I'm a mum of 2 under 3 so struggle to cook meals in the day time and need something quick. I was having pasta or jackets but as this is something I dnt normally have I feel like it was just bloating me and I even put on 1 pound that week. 😞 I have all my 15syns so maybe I need to cut these down. Any advice? Xxx

    littlemisshomelife I hope you won’t mind me commenting here. I was sorry to read you didn’t think this plan was working for you. I love my SW life and am a target member with a loss exceeding 13 st. My best help would be to say ‘keep it simple’. Use your HEX choices in the best way for you. Either in drinks, on Weetabix for breakfast or on bread as a sandwich for lunch filled with cheese/salad. I find if I keep it as simple as possible, it frees me from thinkng about it too much. Pasta is good but to get guidance on how much you should be having, read the packet. This beats over indulging in it. SW meals from Iceland might help you get into the swing of it if you are busy. Fruit is good especially Speed fruit, but fresh vegetables are even better. I hope you find some enjoyment in the plan and that your consultant offers you guidance. Please keep going. I think it is worth your while. Good luck Jane x

    littlemisshomelife Hiya totally agree with both comments, I have under active thyroid and endometriosis which makes weight loss a struggle, I am now 3 stone off with dedication and not being deflated when I haven’t got the losses. This is now my lifestyle not a diet. Good luck hunni xxx💕
