  I’m 44 going on 45 and I’m feeling like this. Plus I suffered a missed miscarriage. Wasn’t trying to get pregnant. So yes not feeling like myself, overthinking, anxious, all of it. Restless legs are worse even though I’ve always had it. Going to get checked for sure soon.

  Thanks for sharing your experience with HRT. I’ve had the coil for a month now and have gained weight and feeling so bloated. Also it just stresses me out to know I’ve got a foreign body inside of me, should have thought about it better! Anyways, getting it removed and will try the vaginal bio-identical progesterone and see how that goes. Keep us updated how you are getting on. Good luck with it all!

  @@soniadetert1733 it was an old misconception that age equals when you need it. Everyone is different and it depends on your symptoms x

  Hi Nikki, thanks for this. I’ve been wanting a tummy tuck for a very long time. May I ask how you researched surgeons abroad? It’s taken me a while to research surgeons here in the UK and I’m just now understanding what all the letters after their names means and what registers they need to be on. The cost here is eye watering but I wouldn’t know where to start researching surgeons abroad. I don’t know anyone that has had any plastic surgery so have no one I can ask or get recommendation. Any advice you can give is very much appreciated. X

  43 and think my perimenopause started 3 years ago, debilitating heart palpatations and chest anxiety, high cholesterol even without any dietary changes (54kg) and some of the more common symptoms now. Patch on, and palpatations stopped within 3 hours, calmed my body

  Super easy! Just 2 large eggs and a banana then I also add 5g of wheat bran for added fibre but this is optional. Then just cook in a pan with fry light and then I grill the top rather than trying to flip them x

  Hi Nikky. I find sticking to my calories in the weekends very hard. Need to go back to it though and being consistent! Have about 2 stones to lose. I am going through the menopause and I feel more tired these days. Then i am not consistent plus I am greedy😂 do you find it is harder to maintain your weight compared to years ago? Also do you just look at cals and proteins or carbs intake too when losing weight? Thank you. Good luck for Monday!🥰

  Thank you so much for sharing this I had a coil fitted 3 weeks ago and I’m not getting on with it at all. Very low mood increased anxiety and very bloated will now be going to get removed as I now know it’s not just me xx

  Hi, looking fab, can I ask how long the nose packing was in for please? this is the only thing that puts me off having my nose done, the thought of not been able to breath through my nose 🫤

  Not going to lie it’s not nice! I should have prepared myself more though for this. I didn’t really think about it I was more focused on the implants being removed. They usually come out after 24 hours but then it does swell so it’s still hard to breathe through it but it soon goes x

  I am on Hrt for 6,5 weeks now. I only take estrogen because I have mirena for progesteron. First 4 weeks were great, I felt fantastic. Last two weeks symptoms came back hard and I got an increase in dose. Do you recognize a set back after increase? And how long does is take to get settlement (again)? I got hrt for Anxiety and panic attacks and frequent crying. I am 47 and had a major burn-out before so docters thought Anxiety came from that. But gynae thinks (peri) menopauzes had something to do with it. Hope to get the balance in my life back.

  Niki, u look amazing, why Lithuania? Were you recommend? I've always wanted my eyes done and possibly face lift, would you recommend face lift, did you see any results while you were there. I have to say your eyes look great and have healed so well. X
