i love how you just eat whatever you want. the foods you eat are realistic, especially coming from a fellow asian! i find it hard to follow along and feel inspired when im watching people make such health oriented meals. thank you jenn!!
Jenn sounds like she's doing a makeup tutorial when she "applies" the muesli to her açaí bowl haha

Hi, Jenn 언니 (: Next time you’re looking for the ”real” soft tofu look for the word ”순두부”. Koreans sell different types of firm tofu. The tofu you used in this video was the soft firm tofu which is usually used for 찌개s! The hard firm tofus are used for 전(Korean pancakes)! Hope this helps 🙂 Btw your videos always inspire me!

I saw this comment months ago and today was confused why my “firm tofu” was soft as melted butter lol. Probably should’ve read the label a bit longer.

In Singapore, soft tofu is like the one that you are using. Softer than soft tofu is silken tofu here.
As a Korean, I was almost dying at the tofu part😂 I think the tofu was the one soft enough for “jjigae” bc it said it was for jjigae haha and this is my new fav video💕💕
Hi, Jenn. I'm Ayaka from Tokyo. I added Japanese subtitles to your video! I love your "What I Eat In A Day" video. Please check it! Take care . Stay healthy!
Spinach is a parents secret weapon. I make banana muffins that my kids call "the green muffin". It's like half spinach whahaha they don't suspect a thing.

@@beanindividual4000 Thank you for the note! Just looked it up and you are correct; sites stated that probiotics die off between 112 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit. If I want to preserve the probiotics in kimchi, they adviced adding the kimchi toward the end of the cooking or when the dish has been removed from heat.

Jenn!! What a treat 🥺 Thank you for treating us with another video this week! Definitely loveee your what I eat in a day vids !!
the tofu packaging literally says for 찌개 LOOL 찌개 needs firmer "soft" tofu so it doesnt crumble when it stews :)
When the oil goes nutso and jenn panics lmaooo very relatable 😂 *desperately quickly shoves all the tuna in* 😂
thanks for the upload💕 iterally love your What I eat in a day series. stay safe!
