Alongside with OMAD, a calorie deficit diet is compulsory. It's pointless for you to be on OMAD if you're eating excessive amounts of food as your one meal. If you have a dietitian, then I believe, you need a new and better dietitian who'll guide you better.

Your OMAD diet is of no use, as a northeastern i suggest you try boiled veggies with rice ( rice with small quantity and lots of veggies)in your OMAD diet , we northeastern are very healthy in terms of diets and all. I get it ....but these mukbang videos are her source of income....she does this videos as per audience preference...audience prefers watching such kind of eating with greasy food. Maybe some day she willl retire when she feels the time is right.

Alongside with OMAD, a calorie deficit diet is compulsory. It's pointless for you to be on OMAD if you're eating excessive amounts of food as your one meal. If you have a dietitian, then I believe, you need a new and better dietitian who'll guide you better.

Your OMAD diet is of no use, as a northeastern i suggest you try boiled veggies with rice ( rice with small quantity and lots of veggies)in your OMAD diet , we northeastern are very healthy in terms of diets and all.
