I am not surprised at all after watching this wonderful cuisine...our culture is so rich...we really don't need to chase western food system..all the lifeless things like pizza and burger..and not to go for food that involves innocent animal killing.Nature has provided us so much in the firms if fruits..vegetables and lots of grains. Thankyou so much Shweta for sharing this video.Atleast our you g generation must know that the food they call घास फूस..is actually not...it is so YUMMY 😂😂😂and healthy too. It not only nourishes your body but satisfy your soul too.❤ Thankx once again.!!

The chillies are called butter chillies . They r just green chilled soaked in buttermilk and dried for over 3 days . Then they fry them in oil .

Hello Sweta, love your videos. The dried, fried chilli that you eat is called "Baallaka" in kannada , Urra Merrapakaya in telugu or Mor Milagai in Tamil , its basically green chilli stuffed with salt, hing and dipped in sour butter milk and soaked over night and sun dried next day. This process is repeated for few days, and finally sun dried till completely dried and stored for year long , just like any papad. This is then fried when you need it. goes very well with curd rice or daal rice. My native is mysuru, but never vistied this Ayurvedic center. But now is in my must visit Bucket list, thanks for your detailed video.

Des resorts r highly expensive, atleast 3 to 4 thousand per day , as dey gv various massage, usually a least package fo 3 days n higher can b extended for 7 days n even for months

This is typical south indian meals . There will be no onion or garlic normally . This is satvic meals . Normally brahmins house will be much similar . Though i am from mysore i was not aware of this place . Next time i want to visit.
