If you’re looking for a clean plant milk go for Plenish, it’s simply oats, water and sea salt. Same for their almond milk it’s just three ingredients. Xx

Hi Olivia Is it okay to mix regular milk with spinach ?
In a purely caring way, I just want to mention the cows milk. I know it doesn’t have a physical list of ingredients, but it is full of things that you may want to think about, such as hormones and antibiotics. I know how much you care about your health and it’s so complicated to know what is the right answer when it comes to diet but the dairy industry seems very dishonest and I’d be weary of having too much of it 😊

I love your ‘day in a life’ videos 😊 Any suggestions which exercises should we do to lose some weight on our belly or tone up our belly, either using weights or cardio, without losing actual weight? I have made your egg air frier dish and it’s delicious! Should it be a little runny inside? I cooked it for the 15 minutes on 200. Please do more meal videos 🙏 x

Coming soon! Just filmed a day in the life today! I’d say to enter a small cal deficit to lose a little bit of body fat, keep protein high and make sure you’re challenging yourself with your workout reps, you should be getting to your last few reps and it feeling challenging. My fave deep core exercises are weighted single leg raises and I have a really good dumbbell ab workout on my IG if you have a look! Also loads of workouts for core challenges on my app ❤️
