@@kasiawieteska Age doesn't really have anything to do with the mentabolisn, studies shown that our metabolism starts to get lower after the age of 60 not before

The metal utensil on the nonstick freaks me out lol be careful to not scrape your pans babe! The coating can scrape off easily & you don’t want what’s under the coating in your food ! Use wood or silicone , and don’t use the metal spoons or metal utensils on non stick - but you can use metal on stainless steel pans ! ❤❤

Fabulous to vlog and show cal deficit. I lost 35 pounds and have kept it off for a year. Love being my old size. Walked 5 miles a day. Did yoga and had dark chocolate dairy free gelato with cinnamon and cool whip at night in my new tiny bowls. Lol. 😂. Breakfast is avocado and hummus. A dab of hummus with every meal Green chocolate smoothie for lunch. Microwaved sweet potato 🍠 with greens 🥬 for dinner. Love 💕 you

I haven’t had surgery done to my face, I lost 10 kgs last year and as I get older I lose more baby fat on my face. I’m only 22 x

I'm not trying to lose kg's exactly/not caught up on the scales! I just want to look leaner overall. But I may gain muscle during this period so the scales could reflect the same weight when I actually look leaner (if this makes any sense lmao)

Thank you for your inspiring content as always. I can't tell if im doing the calorie deficit correctly. Im 5ft3 and 108lbs, i do 14 hour fast every day of the week and i consume approx 900-1000 calories per day. I work from home so i sit 8 hrs a day and run about 2.3km every evening so i burn about 110 calories. I feel like i am skinny?! But when i look in the mirror i just don't see it as much as other people. Idk

Are you serious? Babe you need to eat more. 1,200 is a minimum. You're 108 lbs and questioning if you're skinny or not.

firstly, you are most definitely skinny. being 48kg and 5ft3 you are skinny. when you look in the mirror - what do you see? If you see skinny arms, skinny legs but you don't see a flat stomach, do ab workouts. try one from Chloe Ting's youtube channel. People say you can't spot reduce fat or something like that but when i did ab workouts for 2 weeks guess what...i got a flat stomach and slight 11 abs. Or same goes for your arms - if your arms are the only things that are a bit bigger then do arm workouts. now be reasonable - i know body dysmorphia is a condition a lot of people have but you NEED to be reasonable. if you HAVE skinny arms skinny legs no back fat and a flat stomach - YOU ARE SKINNY
