Were so happy of the strong and caring woman you have become we love hearing about your relationship. My mum passed away 10 years ago while giving birth to my younger sister I was only 10 at the time but one thing I remember she loved doing was cooking food for my dad she would always try out new recipes and seeing you cook for your partner reminds me of those memories. she would always tell me as a little girl "no act of kindness, no matter how big or small is ever wasted" you putting out vlogs for us and sharing ur life with us is so kind and wet dont want you to ever think that your wasting your time or that's its boring we love it tarsha just thought I would share that with you if you ever feel discouraged ❤

Hey Tarsha! You are beautiful and you are doing incredible being independent, managing life and showing so much courage. Take tour time to do whatever makes you happy internally and don’t worry about viewers or anyone for that matter. If you want a good tip for hair repair that really works I got the perfect solution for hair growth after bleaching and damage. I use the product K18 which repairs keratin bonds and doesn’t wash off. (Apply it after a clarifying shampoo) I also use olaplex once a week or less (protein treatment) and I stopped using conditioner. ( it’s unnecessary as a product and can make hair dull and flat) instead a tiny amount of K18 helps brush the hair and actually repairs them! I wish you the best in life and know that you don’t need anything to be the radiant and wonderful person you are and you should be proud of all you are already!

I feel like a lot of people were genuinely worried about all the things you were doing for James when it came to meal prep etc. and how you said you were very old school/traditional because they were ASSUMING that he doesn't also do stuff in his daily life that makes your life easier. Its just because nowadays you see a lot of women try so hard to be "wifey" or a traditional woman in a relationship to men who couldn't care less to take on the "traditional" role of a man in a relationship aka be a provider and those women end up burnt out doing most of the work in the relationship. 1. Shampoo once to get rid of dirt and oil 2. Shampoo again to clean and open the hair cuticle 3. Towel dry your hair slightly and apply treatment while the hair cuticles are open so the treatment can get deep into the hair 4. Rinse then apply conditioner to close the hair cuticle and then rinse the conditioner out This is what a couple hairdressers have explained are the correct steps💗
