I don’t have food allergies but I have gallbladder issues. New for me. Totally changing my diet has been a bit overwhelming to me. Even more so than figuring out GF eating . I did that for years because my son was intolerant for years. I’m a traditional cooking girl. Butter, bacon, cheese, milk etc. now it’s a low fat situation with only limited fat choices, no sugar(I’m a huge baker) 😔 sigh. This is a “Jesus take the wheel” scenario for me.

I love how you charred your grilled cheese. In our family, grilled cheese without a little char isn’t really grilled cheese! We refer to the char as golden brown!

You do realize she lives with a friend right?? What part of her friend will eat whatever Katie's leaves in the fridge and pantry and has permission to eat while she's gone right? Also, she can eat wherever she wants to. I eat on the couch sometimes and other times I eat on my bed. As long as she doesn't make a mess and cleans everything up it's none of your business where she eats

I know you’re not a Carnivore but honey watching you cook your breakfast was as Carnivore as they get…….except we add cheese!

Just wondering why utz wouldn’t be safe if you’re a nut allergy family? What do chips and nuts have to do with one another? Genuinely curious, thanks!

@ebb9079 Some chips are made in factories that make other snacks with nuts in them so they could be cross contaminated. You have to get food from nut free facilities. This is true for all food but especially snacks and baked goods.
