50 g rice flour
20 g ground sesame seeds
10 g sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
100 g silken tofu
50 g milk

2 cucumbers
30 g spring onions (including green parts)
1 tbsp rice oil
A pinch of sugar
Pinch of salt
A pinch of garlic
A pinch of freshly ground pepper

100 g eringi mushrooms
50 g spring onion
300 g tofu
1/2 piece of ginger
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sake
1 teaspoon sugar
A pinch of broad bean chili paste
150 ml water
1 tbsp potato starch
2 tbsp water
