Bakla Fava ve Humus a bayılıyorum. Rus salatasını 40 defa döver bizim humusumuz. Keşke biraz daha değişik versiyonları yapılsa.. Elinize sağlık💐

You should use the cooking water of the chickpeas, which has a lot of flavor and nutrients instead of just water.

I made hummus. It was amazing. I used water instead of the liquid from the can. I was afraid of too much salt. Next time I may use some of the liquid from the can to start and finish with water to control salt but still add flavor.

@@MrSockKing Good for you, canned food often contains a lot of sugar. Cooking chick peas really is easy and imo far more healthy than processed food.

Muy buena la receta. Para que las galletas no se pongan blandas hay que untarlas con mantequilla/manteca, así se puede preparar con más tiempo.
