The dairy in Hokkaido is great but I couldn’t find any unsweetened yogurt or kefir while there. And seafood - all impressively fresh but don’t sleep on the salmon.

One of those oysters for a dollar?!? Lucky 😭 I’ve seen that you can get oysters for a dollar at Costco (one day a week?) but they are tiiiiiny and probably not very fresh. The only place in America where I have heard of $1 oysters lol
