60 subs on this ch? Wth?! This video was clean and to the point. Love the animations. And yeah i told my lender to take off home warranty because i was being a cheap ass but now I'm putting it back on before closing. Especially since the home i am buying has two 4 ton ac units that have been working 17 years In the hot Arizona heat.

Home warranty company covers very little.
Nice
Is there a waiting period before policy will cover for example is a new AC is needed????
If I buy a home warenty and my A/C stops working they will replace it for absolutely no cost to me? A 4 ton ac system cost $8000 installed thats a good deal if Im only going to pay between $350 and $700. they do cover me for that too right. Instalation, sales tax cc fees everything right?
