OMG! guys my ex just contacted me exactly one month today. We had a nasty break up on October 23rd, he literally walked away after a fight we had. I thought he was never coming back and we were done for good. Guys No contact WORKS, I haven't thought about why he contacted me or any possibility of reconciling but I'm just shocked at the fact that No contact works. It’s been 8 months since my breakup. I’m in a new relationship and feel happy, and just yesterday my ex showed up at my door. Funny thing how they come back when you don’t want them anymore. When they go off to see if the grass is greener, they risk someone moving in to help you water your own grass. I think most people who move on from their ex will soon realize that they deserve better and will get better as long as they let go.

"No contact" is teaching us the willingness of letting it go, to have a strong personality, and most important thing is don't look back.

No contact works! I did it for me, not to get her back. Met a better girl that doesn't need to be chased, is stable, appreciates me, and gives back. Do it for you, not to get them back. As soon as the ex found out I was seeing someone, amazingly, she contacted me. I never responded, just as she did to me.

So , he did come back 5 months later asking to start over. I can’t tell you how good it felt to reject him.

I have enough experience to know without a doubt, that when someone loves you, they don’t ghost you and disappear. When someone pushes you away or wants to breakup, they are showing they are showing how easy it is for them to walk away. And they will do it again when times get tough. Run like hell and be glad they're showing you their abilities and maturity for a relationship.

Coach Lee’s videos have been phenominal during my last 2.5 months of No Contact. Sadly, I now believe that No Contact didn’t work on my end, but what did work was the time to self improve. Today was the 70th straight day of going to the gym.. I feel amazing and have more self confidence now. Also, Saturday I was offered a new job in the oil/gas industry that will require a relocation and a HUGE raise. I’m looking forward to moving and getting a fresh start because honestly, this is what I’ve needed for years. In hindsight, I can see where attraction was lost on her end.. BUT, that’s ok now. I’m closing that door and stepping through the new one that just opened! And for all those watching Coach Lee’s videos, here’s my tip for you when you know you’re finally moving on… when you quit going to KZread or his website daily or hourly and you move to “just occasionally”… that’s when there’s light at the end of that tunnel!! Good luck everyone!!! And thank you Coach Lee!

I knowI know this message might not be what you want to hear but I was with my ex fiance a total of 7 years together before she walked out of my life back in November 21st 2019. I immediately did no contact and haven't heard from her since that day and today is December 26th 2022. It will be 2023 in a few more days. It's been over 3 years now. Although I am 99.9% over her I still think about her at least once a day because she was perfect for me. I loved her in every single way shape possible. It's too bad she didn't feel the same about me. I just want to let anyone know who's reading this that although no contact is the best chance you have it may not always work in your favor. Coach Lee is just giving you the facts and his best opinions which I agree with. Good luck to all you broken hearted people out there.

I was broken up with about 4 months ago after a 2.5 year relationship, went into NC about 2 months ago and tbh, I don’t even care anymore. I found a new girl who I’m starting to get to know who seems way better, even if this doesn’t go the way I want it to, I’ve realized I can move on and will move on. She rebounded, blocked me on everything and hasn’t talked to me since. Our breakup wasn’t rage filled either, I was upset, but it was no hard feelings - I didn’t chase, I didn’t name call, or burn bridges, I didn’t do anything that would have gotten me blocked due to spite. That made me realize she couldn’t care less about me, so why should I care about someone who is like that. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Even if she did come back, I don’t want her back now. Especially due to the fact that she was in a new relationship within 2 months - 2 and a half months after our breakup. I’m not trying to sound gross, but knowing she was having sex with a new guy after 2 months of having gotten out of a 2 and a half year relationship made her VERY undesirable to me.

Almost the same thing happened to me. Been together for 1 year and 4 months and after the breakup i went into the no-contact after 3 weeks! 7 months later i found out that she was actually cheating on me for 4 months while been in the relationship with me! It hit me hard. Lucky i started to heal slowly. So i block here every where and i don't want her back or see her ever again in my life. It almost make me vomit that she had sex with another guy, before even breaking up with me! And whats even more painful pill to swallow is that she needed fucking 5 months to had the first sex with me! Even those she was a virgin, but still! It's crazy!

This is one of my absolute favorite Coach Lee videos. My breakup was so strange and abrupt. He ghosted and blocked me. There seemed to be a lot of unnecessary anger and I didn’t understand why… I always had an inkling that he was punishing me with the breakup for not responding to his liking to give himself more power and control in the relationship. I may never know for sure unless he reaches out… Binge watching CL videos has gotten me through 31 days of NC so far. If my ex never reaches out, then he walked away from an amazing woman, and I hope he lives his best life, because I know I am regardless of the outcome.

My situation seems like it’s flowing both ways. We didn’t fight when we broke up, and I went and worked on myself, because I was hit with the infamous’ “I want to take a break to figure things out” line. Some stuff happening in between, but a month later she got with somebody else and she called me to tell me about it. “I’m with somebody else, he makes me super super happy. He’s everything I could’ve asked for.” I just said only one word. I said, “ok” and she sounded like she was caught off guard. Almost as if she wasn’t expecting it. All I did was say, “bye” and hung up the phone.

My Ex told me the same $#!+... then she contacted me 4 months later saying she's not what she thought he was. She ending 8 years for this guy. This man is correct . Im 69 and this system really worked for me. Thank you so much coach. It has been exactly on time. It was the only hope i had of getting him back. Until he found out that i wasnt coming to back and kissing his ass things changed. It took a couple of trial runs but we are figuring it out. I wish everyone on this line the best of luck. For real, I used to watch your videos back to back to back, the same ones over and over just because you were so comforting in her absence as well as insightful. You helped heal my pain. I’m still healing. It’ll be a year since she left me on my birthday, coming up on the 15th of November. Never at anytime during our relationship did inform me that she wasn't happy so that I may have had an opportunity to fix whatever she felt that she was missing. I know that overall, I can walk away knowing that I loved her and was always there for her. I treated her so very well. I had to come to my own conclusion. I remain in total radio silence, no contact. She knows nothing about me anymore and will never hear from me again!!

I went OCD on coach Lee's videos for support and hope. Do what you need to do to work through whatever pain you may feel. I didn't jump into any new relationships during this time as I really was damaged goods. I'm in a much better place now. The storm is finally clearing. Dec 5th will be 1 yr since she walked away, blindsided. If I hear from her I do, and if not, it doesn't matter anymore. Just broke up and whatever you are saying is happening and I was in pain initially but now that he is getting a reality check it makes me feel better.

88 days of no contact, my experience i still think about her, my subconscious mind still dreams of her and yes i still think of what could've been if the road stayed how it was. Somedays are better than others. Lately i've been focusing on hitting the gym more and just being more in tune with my self. but at the same time i still feel depressed and emotional i'm only human and its ok. hope this helps anyone who is new to no contact.

I bought the kit and I am very pleased .. my situation is complicated because I was very insecure throughout the six year relationship. I kinda sabotage my happiness but he also wasn’t very understanding, he also did and said some pretty messed up things to me that broke my heart and made me even more insecure. Towards the end of our relationship I came to apologize convicted and owning to my own mistakes but he never did apologized but kept treating me bad saying it was me who changed him .. I decided to brake up even when I still love him because I realized that he would never forget me . He has reached out but never apologized..

16 years of on-off relationship years apart, Through tragic circumstances in both of our lives. Support each other in every way. I always left him know I was there no matter what, depended on eachother. So he ghosted me for a few weeks to hide from me that he found someone younger. It was a disaster with them so toxic. Now I am gone into sudden no contact. I know he is feeling shame but this time I am raising my value. I suffered pain of rejection but as days are going on I'm so confident and stronger . Two weeks now but I will be the more attractive woman by walking away. Not looking back but I welcome the day the No contact will work. Coach Lee videos are getting me through every day. Coach Lee, I was the one doing the break up after he broke up with me 6 times in 18 months for no reason at all! I feel I finally gave him the break up he so wanted. Now seeing your videos I am more convinced that he used the break up to make me chase him. I know he is feeling the loss in every fiber of his body. I have gone strictly NC for 2 months already, I blocked him and ghosted him (he used to ghost/Ignore me all the time). He really thought I would never go anywhere. I still miss him and a part of me wants him to grow and understand the basics of relationships. Either way if he comes back or doesn’t I understand relationships heaps better now. Thank you so much coach lee. My ex reached out after about 3 weeks of no contact to catch up about work. She said the workplace is boring without me and wants me to come work with her for a day or two. She said please multiple times and asked multiple times for me to come back. I kept it cool and said I would think about it. She made a sad playlist with our favourite songs on it. I feel like she does miss me a lot but there’s still work to be done. I will stay in no contact until she reaches out again. Thank you so much you are the best and I cannot thank you enough. You are saving lives.

I want to say thank you Coach Lee. Is been12 months now since my ex boyfriend disrespected me and we separated. He's been calling my friends and insults me to them but cos of your videos I didn't mind him and am still in no contact. 3 months ago he call to check up and 2months ago he did same and just last month he sents his father's funeral invitation but he feels so proud to talk about the issue and apologize so I ve also left it like that.

Wow! She left me two weeks ago and we talked up until three days ago. I told her I’m gonna accommodate her space so basically no contact for three days and while I was watching this video I shit you not she message me on messenger I’m not gonna open it up. I’m gonna remain no contact, this technique really does work! Keep up the great videos.

I learnt a lot from this video I’m in Nc for 1 week and 3 days now trying be strong, focusing on me lost 25 pounds feeling great about myself.😍

167 days no contact, feel way better but do think about them from time to time, the relationship was shorter than the no contact, I sometimes feel the temptation to reach out but usually let the wave pass because I know I'm probably better off without them. She sometimes views my tiktok profile so hasn't forgotten me so you never know but I just hope the right person comes along.

It was 7 years ago. He left on a whim and I told him to “never contact me again”. He did- a year later but with ZERO APOLOGY ( narcissist red flag 🚩), and I ghosted him. He had given me some player vibes already, so I had to do it anyway. But…If he had apologized soon after he left, I may have taken him back. But a year? Nah. He tried again later, including recently ( still no apology, just sleazy flirting) but I don’t trust him. Moved on awhile ago and married a real man I don’t have to play any stupid games with.

Ignoring and blocking and Ghosting is very bad Idea, it is causing emotional Trauma and damage to the other person. Before doing this to anyone, will you accept if someone will do that to you? Instead be kind be understanding and use communication to solve your problems not by ignoring and hurting.

About 10 years ago I was dumped by a girl and she went no contact. I got angry and reacted. I said some really horrible things that put the nail in the coffin and thought to myself, I'm never going to hear from that girl again. Well to my surprise she made contact a year later!!.

Great advice!!!!! 👍🏼 wish I did this right after my separation... until one day I said to my self "thug life" and pushed forward and started working on myself and she came back when I wasn't chasing anymore!!

She has moved on and has a new boyfriend. I have applied the no contact rule completely. I guess that's how it goes. I will not even try to fix this. She has demonstrated she has no interest in repairing this relationship.
