So would you recommend using a thin needle or say a shader to outline based on ur trauma theory????

The short answer is yes and no. Not trying to be a arse but there isn’t ever going to be a single, “This is how you do it every time” approach to tattooing. You have to make guesses everyday based on the variable of the client as a person. Their age, health, genetics/ancestry, lifestyle, pain tolerance, etc. should all come into play when you choose how to approach the work. Maybe I’ll make a video about that when we get back to filming in a couple of weeks.

I got a color tattoo with green red orange yellow blue I did a blackout tattoo over it because I hated it What would happen if I did white now? The idea I have is like a galaxy for this third attempt White make the color show through like a star or a planet in the galaxy-scape? Or is the color completely non salvageable after the blackout over it?

Anything is possible but that is going to take some time! Color will show through once you reach a level of saturation of the new pigments that allows less absorbency of what’s already in there. It will never look really bright. If you do this make sure to pay attention to scarring over saturation.
