Don’t sociopaths do this also? Me and my ex went no contact I tried breaking up with him first but then he gained info from me just so that he could push me away and discard me. I ended up apologizing a lot (like usual) and he finally messaged me back with “I don’t regret what happened in the relationship.” I won’t be contacting him again because I know the games he plays and I don’t want to be toxic to and play the same ones so I stay away.

No contact is just common sense when it comes to people so evil like a narc

All of your videos help me , I seriously was devastated for 3 months . Not understanding what I did wrong after a whole year being inseparable. Then I get blocked out of nowhere over an argument. I begged for one day then walked away devastated. Now watching ur videos , I feel disgusted. I showed my soul how can u block and not think about how it would effect the other person ?? The last thing i said was i dont trust you. After i almost got sucked back in. After that he told me something like: drop dead. So i told him i know i can drop dead. I knew this. Even before this conversation. Before that i got gaslighted. I had a discussion with him. I should never have allowed that. I did things so wrong. Before our last conversation i saw what i really was dealing with. I told him this is al false. Fake. Did i handled this right? Now im no contact forever.

Could you make a video on how to spot differences between an immature person vs a proper narcissist? I couldn't identify for a long time if my ex was an immature person or just a narcissist. Binge-watching your videos and they are so healing. Feels like a friend who is giving you advice. My ex never put rage mode, but she used to give me the silent treatment and would only do things she loved or make jokes about my body. But other times she used to be very loving. How can you identify a toxic person like this is narcissist or not.

The fact that you spoke on your relationship I am going through it now and this is day number two for no contact and it is eating me alive I deleted her from everything except Snapchat and I noticed that she did look at what I posted even though it had nothing to do with her I’m trying my best to let her go after I discarded her But it’s very hard when you don’t have many friends and you are dealing with this alone

Bro, how are you doing now? I know exactly how you feel man.. It's difficult going no contact ESPECIALLY when you're alone. My ex knew that and I think that's why she treated me the way she did.. b/c she felt that i needed her.. and in a way she was right.. i was definitely codependent, but now im regaining my independence one day at a time. I would not know who all he smeared me too..dont see one solitary person we had in common as friends..I assume he has smeared me because he cant own anything so he has no choice to smear but like I said I know nothing about him..its like he died.. All I know is my heart still hurts like hell and everyday I am in shock& disbelief that he left me. I too went back to the Narcisist a few years ago after he left me the first time, but after I found out what he did when he left me, he decided I needed to be punished for finding out..and I only found out because he didnt cover his tracks.. I didnt go looking for anything as he suggest because I believed him totally when he said there was no one else. What a fool I was and still am because I still feel like I need him.. He hasnt tried to contact me in a while, but I have not answered the phone or read any of his text for at least the last 6 months. He may have given u but I think things will happen in his life that makes me think ,"he'll be back'..but you know what? he might not be back. And if he never comes back for the right reasons..then I hope he never comes back again. And I am trying desperately to move on..the hardest thing I have ever done in life..

The copy and paste emails lolllllz. They should proof read before they send, you find the content is lightly generic and amended according to the supply they were involved with. What’s funny because they are emotionally deregulated they don’t screw things up and the whole email doesn’t even relate to what had happened between us. Foolish people. Stay no contact

I think you've dealt with more codependents than narcissists.

This is exactly how they are, yess, if needed should take the help of police. Handle situation with legal help.
