    I was thinking that you could use a screen recorder, such as Hypercam, to record this video as it plays. Then, import the video into Windows Movie Maker, or whatever video creating/editing program your computer has. After that, download a short bleep noise somewhere online. Insert the bleep noise file that you downloaded right when the word "arse" is said in the video. If it sounds right, save and publish the video and play it with a media playing program like Windows Media Player.
