Fasting has so many health benefits that many people, including non-Muslims, have taken it up as a regular health practice! Of course, we as Muslims primarily fast to build our taqwa, our consciousness of Allah, but Allah has also placed countless benefits in this practice, so that we may gain maximum benefit from it in this life and the next. Let’s see what these benefits are.

Dear me oh dear me I remembered myself when I was young at iftar How I used to eat also I’d skip ⏭️ 2_ 3 days during fasting Ramadan Month. UP UNTIL NOW Perfect age begin above 30 no joke. Now that I’m 32 I eat just enough perhaps 3 to 7 Dates when I open my Fast at iftar so then around 11pm or 12pm I eat nice meal 🥘 sehur few dates and some fruits And believing when I say this I feel light 💡 healthy and Good 😊 👍 and I’m actually losing a lil bit of weight which is awesome 👏. Everyone wants to be skinny these days 😂 2023 ain’t like early 2000 s May Allah swt accept our fasts amen 🤲💚

About unplugging from social media as stated in this vid? How else will we benefit from beneficial and words of wisdom then? Shouldn't it be more about choosing wisely what to watch and avoiding what will not benefit our spiritual growth?

Now science has confirmed fasting is beneficial to the body and giving up any addiction and the aiding of healing process. Allah does not need us but we need Allah , and in every worship of Allah is a benefit to us and it is not a burden . The unbelievers are at a loss in this world and in the hereafter. We muslims are the best of community raised up for mankind , no matter how much they try to break us with war and media , Allah is with us.

Allah the creator of the heavens and the earth gave healing in the practice of worship. Subhanallah , glory is only to Allah. Fasting is being presently recommended by expert medical professionals and nutrionists. Before islam fasting was ordered to Abraham , moses, Jesus and those not mentioned by Allah , peace be upon our messengers.
