I think they are only barry and the twins.... The headmaster should be in break in 5 if so the twins Spookie and Luke are gonna be 2 boss fights (again) in break in 5. And Larry,Uncle pete,twado the dog are gonna be mind controlled by headmaster. If so. Mary will be friends whit the headmaster in break in 6. So larry will help you getting saved by the purge in break in 3. Hope this helped:)

Headmaster probably did it to have some sort of puppets to control and have power, also the ending's name is "origin ending" which is basically an explanation of how Larry, Barry and Mary became purgers. So Larry, Barry and Mary aren't dead, they became more aggressive and became the purgers.
