Oats means jaiii And barley means joo They are from same family but slighlty difference. Barley contains gluten but oats doesn't. So for the people who have gluten allergy oats will be the better option to take

I am not eating oat meal . But Alhumdullilah i am full package of diseases. Sugar,blood pressure,slip disc L4,L5,S1,,pcos,high cholesterol, Iron defecency in blood, blure vision, un diagnosis inflammation inflamation . And also weak gums. Blood came even eating banana. So i decided 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 dont take tension, finish worldly work.and remain ready to go next world😊
