This stuff is so weird. For me it looks like an unwilling voice actress redubbed all of Kenny's lines, and it's SUPERWEIRD because Kenny's personality is already stablished and we can only guess how Harper fits. If I imagine Kenny saying this stuff after all he did in the base game it's funny because it looks he got even worse after escaping blame.
