Legal reason is that the voice actor for Kenny got in Legal trouble and the developer dropped him leaving Harper to take his place In game reason :dropped but to be far it’s Karma for Kenny because he is the reason why earth got invaded and the G3 cartel got more powerful

High on life lore, Kenny got eaten by a alien who has a Ultra fast digestive system that can turn everything into shit instantly with no pain, also the alien died instantly by knifey who said "Looks like im kenny now, but knife!"
dlc was such a sad dumpter fire i could never have imagined it could be so awful a perversion of the original game
